[Editor's Note: I received an email from Splitting the Sky aka John Boncore, inquiring as to the overall intent and purpose of James Petras's September 1, 2010 article posted below. 

In response to this query from STS I wrote to him the following letter which I feel puts Petras's article into a Canadian perspective]:

Dear Splitting the Sky,

I finally found the time to take a serious look at Petras’s article. I found it to be exceedingly brilliant and interesting as well as invaluable in terms of identifying the scope and magnitude of Zionist influence in the USA.

I’ve highlighted (for you) in red/bold some of the more poignant comments that Petras makes with respect to their unwarranted power and influence and the mechanisms which they use to destroy any and all dissidents who oppose them.

My sense though is that Petras isn’t bypassing the type of struggles that I and others here in Canada are facing. His main focus is the USA but for me at least I find that it’s very easy to extrapolate from the US situation to that of Canada. Here of course we don’t appear to have people who’ve thus far been able to research and dissect the Canadian body politic in order to show and explain to fellow Canucks how this very same subterfuge and seditious activity is taking place within our own government, judiciary and society.

I, in my limited capacity and time, have been trying to alert fellow Canadians to the problem but my resources are (as you well know) extremely limited and prohibitive when it comes to taking the time to do the indepth research required to identify the culprits and show how they’re all linked together to the very same agenda that the US is in terms of Israeli influence.

Obviously Harper and Jason Kenney are the most blatant examples of this underlying process of infiltration and power politics by Tel Aviv and its minions of sayanim here in Canada but I’m convinced that they are only the tip of the iceberg and that the network is much more complex.

In terms of my battles with B’nai Brith Canada and the Canadian Human Rights Commission and Tribunal that scenario is one which does highlight to a limited degree the basic problem but it’s one that still requires much more fleshing out in order to expose the matrix of madness and subterfuge that exists on all levels throughout Canada.

The recent conference in Ottawa on “anti-Semitism” instigated by Irwin Cotler and his Zionist sycophants is the most recent example of this egregious behaviour on the part of the Zionist traitors to Canada and it exemplifies their obvious intentions which is good as it also exposes their agenda (as limited as this might be) and allows Canadians to see and contemplate their objectives in light of the growing awareness globally of the vile and racist actions of the Zionist state of Israel.

Had I the resources to investigate this network of nincompoops further I’m sure I could prove and provide similar background information on the Zionists who are daily doing the identical bidding of the Israeli state here in our own country. Identifying the enemy John is crucial to disabling their lines of defense and diffusing their hidden agenda.

Hope this helps to explain my thoughts on Petras’ article.

Any serious effort to understand the extraordinary influence of the Zionist power configuration over US foreign policy must examine the presence of key operatives in strategic positions in the government and the activities of local Zionist organizations affiliated with mainstream Jewish organizations and religious orders.

There are at least 52 major American Jewish organizations actively engaged in promoting Israel’s foreign policy, economic and technological agenda in the US (see the appendix). The grassroots membership ranges from several hundred thousand militants in the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) to one hundred thousand wealthy contributors, activists and power brokers in the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). In addition scores of propaganda mills, dubbed think tanks, have been established by million dollar grants from billionaire Zionists including the Brookings Institute (Haim Saban) and the Hudson Institute among others. Scores of Zionist funded political action committees (PAC) have intervened in all national and regional elections, controlling nominations and influencing election outcomes. Publishing houses, including university presses have been literally taken over by Zionist zealots, the most egregious example being Yale University, which publishes the most unbalanced tracts parroting Zionist parodies of Jewish history.1 New heavily funded Zionist projects designed to capture young Jews and turn them into instruments of Israeli foreign policy includes “Taglit-Birthright” which has spent over $250 million dollars over the past decade sending over a quarter-million Jews (between 18-26) to Israel for 10 days of intense brainwashing.2 Jewish billionaires and the Israeli state foot the bill. The students are subject to a heavy dose of Israeli style militarism as they are accompanied by Israeli soldiers as part of their indoctrination; at no point do they visit the West Bank, Gaza or East Jerusalem.2 They are urged to become dual citizens and even encouraged to serve in the Israeli armed forces. In summary, the 52 member organizations of the Presidents of the Major American Jewish Organizations which we discuss are only the tip of the iceberg of the Zionist Power Configuration: taken together with the PACs, the propaganda mills, the commercial and University presses and mass media we have a matrix of power for understanding the tremendous influence they have on US foreign and domestic policy as it affects Israel and US Zionism.

While all their activity is dedicated first and foremost in ensuring that US Middle East policy serves Israel’s colonial expansion in Palestine and war aims in the Middle East, what B’nai B’rth euphemistically calls a “focus on Israel and its place in the world”, many groups ‘specialize’ in different spheres of activity. For example, the “Friends of the Israel Defense Force” is primarily concerned in their own words “to look after the IDF”, in other words provide financial resources and promote US volunteers for a foreign army (an illegal activity except when it involves Israel). Hillel is the student arm of the Zionist power configuration claiming a presence in 500 colleges and universities, all affiliates defending each and every human rights abuse of the Israeli state and organizing all expenses paid junkets for Jewish student recruits to travel to Israel where they are heavily propagandized and encouraged to ‘migrate’ or become ‘dual citizens’.

On 17 March 2009 in Calgary, Canada, Splitting the Sky (aka John Boncore) was arrested and charged with obstruction (as he fully expected) when he tried to serve George W. Bush with a citizen’s warrant, and to arrest him to stand trial for war crimes and torture. In doing so, he sacrificed himself for ALL of us who are concerned with Truth, Peace and Justice. His trial took place on 8 and 9 March, and judgment will be passed on 7 June 2010.  The trial was closed down by the state after 2 days, though he was originally given 5 days to present evidence of war crimes and torture, as well as the involvement of the Bush regime in the events of 9/11, to justify his actions under the legal principle of “civil resistance”.

9/11 Truth is “Splitting the Sky”

…John Boncore was born in Buffalo, New York on January 7, 1952. His Mohawk name, Dacajeweiah, translated into English means “Splitting the Sky”. From the age of seven he endured many years in New York foster homes and youth detention centres where he was ill-treated. Eventually he would become the only man convicted as a ringleader of the infamous 1971 Attica State Prison rebellion in upstate New York, in the course of which 43 inmates were killed. This event has inspired several movies — “Against the Wall” (1994) starring Samuel L. Jackson, and “Attica” (1980) starring Morgan Freeman — and documentaries including “Attica” (1974), and “The Ghosts of Attica” (2001). He was listed by former UN Ambassador Andrew Young of the Carter administration as the number one political prisoner in the USA in 1975.

Splitting the Sky founded an organization to unite all Indigenous Peoples into a great confederation called the League of Indigenous Sovereign Nations of the Western Hemisphere (LISN). In 1995 he was the Sun Dance Chief at Gustafsen Lake, British Columbia, during the Gustafsen Lake Standoff, which was precipitated by a rancher who attempted to evict the Sun Dancers from what he claimed was his property. The incident turned into a major protest against the occupation of unceded native land. Splitting the Sky was an outspoken critic of the government’s handling of the incident and was among those who raised the question of so-called “Aboriginal Title” under international law. Specifically, aboriginal title is enshrined under the Royal Proclamation of 1763, which is validated as an aboriginal right in section (35) of the Canadian Constitution.

On September 10th, 2001, Splitting the Sky and his family were checking out of the Marriott Hotel one block from the World Trade Center in New York. Had he stayed an extra day or two, as was originally planned, he and his family might have suffered the fate of 400 others at that location who lost their lives during the 9/11 tragedy. As if by some intuition, he and his wife decided to cut short their stay and get out of New York City. While many researchers for 9/11 Truth deal with the never ending incongruities and falsehoods of the government’s story regarding 9/11, or the various examples of forensic evidence proving controlled demolition, Splitting the Sky has studied the complex web of people and organizations he believes to be the authors of this crime. Through careful deconstruction of the financial entities involved, as well shining the light on those specific figures who occupy the principle seats of power within those structures, he follows the age old maxims of criminology which compel us to “follow the money”, as well as determine “who benefits”….

A Radical Interview with John Splitting the Sky, Gustafsen Lake Defender

(The Radical is most appreciative for having the opportunity to present the following interview with John Splitting the Sky Hill. As readers are about to realize Mr. Hill has led a most remarkable life; one fraught almost from the onset with challenges, dangers and responsibilities that the average person would cringe at the thought of having to endure.

 

For all of John’s trials though, he has emerged- tempered by the fires of life- as a leading spokesperson for native sovereignty issues and a living example of the persevering spirit of resistance that has kept the aboriginal people of this continent strong.

 

This interview will be covered over the next two issues of The Radical due to it’s length.

In short it’s an abbreviated odyssey, an epitomizing epic of one man’s struggle to maintain his dignity and spirit in a world where native traditional values are no longer given the respect and honour that they once knew. John Splitting the Sky Hill’s story of how he survived a brutal prison system in New York state only to end up playing a major role in the Gustafsen Lake Stand off during 1995 will surely come as a major surprise to readers who only heard the one-sided reports that came from the corporate press during that time.

RAD:   John it’s now been almost 10 years since the Oka uprising occurred and 5 years since the stand-off at Gustafsen Lake just west of 100 Mile House, B.C. The  incident at Gustafsen Lake in many ways marked a turning point here in British Columbia for the manner in which our provincial government conducted itself toward native disputes. You and Wolverine, aka William Ignace or Jonesy were to play some major parts at Gusfafsen Lake. Hopefully this interview will allow Radical readers to gain a much clearer insight into what was going on behind the corporate media’s blockade of information that the general public were subjected to back then. But prior to getting into that I would like to ask you if you could talk about your own personal history and how it was that a native rights activist like yourself, originally from New York state, USA ended up running a Sundance ceremony at Gustafsen Lake.

 

While in Vancouver for the Under the Volcano festival in mid-August I heard

you speaking in a workshop. At that time you mentioned that you had been directly involved in the infamous Attica Uprising in New York back in 1971 and ended up being the only player in that incident that did time. Let’s begin then with some background on how it was that at the ripe old age of 19 you became involved in one of America’s most bloody uprisings of the last century.

 

StS:   Well, at the time of this talk I’m 48 years old and I’ll be 49 next January. I was born in Buffalo, NY. My mother is from the Mohawk Nation in Branford, Ontario and so my roots are basically here in Canada. As well my Grandmother was a Cree woman from Fort Qu’Appelle,  Saskatchewan. So like I said my roots are in Canada but my mother married my father who was from Buffalo, NY. He passed away though in 1957. He worked for U.S. Rubber and had been commissioned by the company, along with ten other men, to spray paint one of their utility tanks, these massive tanks that they had at the plant there. They had been told by the company that they didn’t need gas masks but all the eleven men ended up dying from toxic inhalation.

 

RAD: Oh, Christ!

 

StS:  And so eleven of them died and it wasn’t too long after that the child welfare department in Buffalo came and snatched up me and my sisters and put us into the foster care system.

 

RAD:  How old would you have been then?

 

StS:  Well I was 7 years old then and my sisters were like 6, 5, 4 and 3 respectively. And from that point on we were all separated into different foster homes.

 

I then went through a number of boarding school situations and orphanages. The boarding schools were like the residential schools here in Canada in fact the residential schools pretty much got their ideas from the boarding schools in the states.

 

So having gone through those schools for a number of years and resisting the kind of abusive treatment and brutality that existed within these joints I began to gain a reputation for being what you would say was an “incorrigible” person. Editor’s Note:

I first met John “Dac” Boncore, aka Splitting the Sky while covering the 11th Annual Under the Volcano festival in North Vancouver back in August of 2000.

On the Saturday prior to the main Sunday event in Cates Park Dac, as he usually goes by with friends, was giving a talk at the Brittania Community Centre on Commercial Drive in East Vancouver and I was there manning a booth and selling my alternative monthly newspaper The Radical.

Splitting the Sky’s talk centered on the events surrounding the 1995 shoot out at Gustafsen Lake. Since that time he’d spent the ensuing years doing extensive research and writing on the goverment and military involvement in the incident. As he said, “The RCMP – with the blessings of the provincial NDP’s Attorney General, and now Premier, Ujjal Dosanjh – moved in with 400 police with dog teams, airplanes, helicopters, armoured personel carriers, grenades, landmines, M16 and C7 assault rifles, hollow point bullets (prohibited by the Geneva Convention) and 50-calibre machine guns.”

They were out to kill Wolverine Ignace Jones and himself but their grandiose plot never worked out and now Dac was coming back to haunt them with their litany of lies and cover-ups all exposed in a new video he had just produced called, Above the Law - part 2.

I had not seen such a dynamic speaker/performer in years. Dac held his listeners spellbound as he retold the incidents at Gustafsen Lake with drama and precision of thought and humour. Here, I said to myself, is a man strong, proud and keenly aware of who he is and what he’s struggling for.After his talk we chatted and agreed to get in touch for an extensive interview which later appeared in a Two-part series in the October and November editions of The Radical. Those who read Dac’s interview published by The Radical Press would not be surprised in the least that this same courageous person would take it upon himself to try and make a citizen’s arrest of the notorious War Criminal George W. Bush Jr. when he came to Calgary on September 17, 2009.

Tomorrow, March 8, 2010 in a law court in Calgary, Alberta Splitting the Sky will be on trial once again, this time as STS has stated, for performing an act which Canadian government authorities should have taken responsibility for fulfilling.

In a speech given at the December 5, 2009 forum hosted by Montreal 9/11 Truth Anthony J. Hall, Professor of Globalization Studies at the University of Lethbridge, Alberta Canada and a longstanding supporter of Splitting the Sky’s activism stated:

“When Splitting the Sky broke through  police lines in his attempt to conduct a citizen’s arrest of former US President, George W. Bush, the Mohawk freedom fighter pieced a thick wall of tyranny. He broke through a tight phalanx of state protection for the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against the peace.

With his courageous act, Splitting the sky announced the unwillingness of millions of global citizens to tolerate any longer the culture of impunity that places a small, interlinked global plutocracy above the law. By breaking police lines, the Attica brother and American indian movement activist scouted a route of liberation for those of us seeking to get out from under the weight of complicity in international crime committed in our name. We are deeply implicated in the state terror permeating the 9/11 wars because it is our tax dollars taht fund these imperial assaults.

Splitting the Sky’s action in Calgary highlights the abject failure of law enforcement agencies to do their job. It highlights the unwillingness of police and those who direct them to apply the law equitably and independently.

When he broke through police lines last March, Splitting the Sky built on the message of Muntadar Al-Zaidi, the Baghdad journalist who fired his shoes at the departing US President. Al-Zaidi’s symbolic shot was seen and applauded around the world. By dramatizing the role of so-called law enforcers as protectors of international crime, Splitting the Sky highlighted that many millions of global citizens have seen more than enough evidence to understand that Georg W. Bush and his war cabinet are credible accused war criminals. If we lived in a world where the integrity of law prevailed over the power of money, political corruption and military might, the Cheney-Rumsfeld-Bush syndicate of war profiteers would have been apprehended long ago to face charges in a properly constituted court of international law.

When Splitting the Sky presents himself this coming March to a provincial court in Calgary, Alberta to face criminal charges for obstruction of justice, who and what is really on trial? Whose sense of of justice was really obstructed? I predict that the light of future history will cast the trial of Splitting the Sky as an important point of departure for a process of people’s jurisprudence directed at bringing to justice those responsible for the highest order of international crime.”

I am surprised to see my letter posted on your site, as I had only sent it to a few of my associates for their information, not public consumption, and I would have appreciated a request to post it publicly. I have not even posted it on any of my own sites yet, and had I, it would be fair game.

I stand by my letter and have no intention of suing anyone, nor do I request that you pull it, BUT, I  would appreciate it if you would:

1. ask me next time,

2. add a note that you posted the letter without permission of the author, and

3. that the author (me) may not necessarily agree or disagree with other material posted on The Radical Press

My friend Prof.Tony Hall was attacked recently in Winnipeg by a group of Zionist thugs, and was blamed for something on another site  (where his paper was re-published), which he had no knowledge or control over. I don’t need those hassles. I really have enough on my plate right now, thanks.

Dear Wayne,

Thank you for writing. Before I attempt any explanation for having ran with your letter allow me to first apologize having done so without your permission. I have no legal grounds to contest any of the assertions that you have made regarding the fact that I did not first seek approval for having used it nor for the manner in which I may have embellished it with additional graphic materials. As per your request that I publish what you have submitted I will be happy to do so.

That said, I will try as briefly as possible, to explain my actions.

I have had a working relationship with both Splitting-the-Sky and Tony Hall for close to a decade now. Dac, or STS as he is known on the net, is a close personal friend of mine and my wife’s and we have collaborated together on a number of issues since at least 2000 A.D. I am sure that Dac would be happy to confirm all that I say as well as Tony.

My former monthly tabloid, The Radical, (circa 1998 – 2002) was likely the first Canadian publication to give comprehensive coverage to Dac’s experiences prior to the Gustafsen Lake encounters (his period in the USA) and then afterwards to that issue in the Cariboo and onward.

Being in many ways in the forefront of social issues and social justice here in B.C. for the past decade and more I’ve had enough experience with the sort of issue that you are voicing here although in the past few years it has become a rarer and rarer bird. In many respects there is a tacit understanding amongst those struggling with these issues that what is on the net is open game in terms of usage. Not of course that articles should be altered in any manner nor their authorship hidden but that if they’re there then they’re fair game in terms of being picked up and used for the common cause.

So in other words there’s a certain amount of assumption taken for granted and having received this letter from Dac I did assume that it had been sent to the government and that if Dac had it and was passing it on to me (knowing that I am in the business of publishing) and didn’t forewarn me that it was still being sent in confidence then it was for use. Please don’t assume though that I’m trying to pass along my own responsibility on to Dac. I’m not. I know that he sent me the letter in good faith and likely didn’t realize that there would be any kuffuffle arising over its use.

My point in publishing it ought to be obvious. It was to support Dac, George Galloway and also to expose the machinations of those lobby groups in Canada who have abused their privileges and are working toward ends inimical to the general well-being of this country.

I again apologize for having pre-empted whatever plans you had, or have with respect to your letter. Hindsight is always superior to foresight and this may be a good example of that principle.

I am in the midst of a major legal battle with the CHRCommission and their Tribunal over the issue of publishing materials on my website critical of these lobby groups we’re discussing here. I took the time away from critical work to help Dac out by further publishing his plight to the best of my abilities. That included my own plea to have others write to Kenney and the PM etc. as you yourself wished.

I don’t know you from Adam Wayne but I will tell you frankly that the kitchen you have walked into is very hot; extremely so, and if you are going to stay in that room and do battle with those who are in the process of cooking our collective goose (so to speak) then you’d better get used to the heat. As for Tony he’s been around the block long enough that I’m surprised that he would be pissing and moaning about an issue such as what you’ve told me of.

I hope this helps in some way to explain my actions. As I said, as soon as I can find time to publish your concerns I will. I still say it was a helluva good letter and a timely one to boot.

Mr. Galloway should absolutely be allowed to visit and speak in MY Canada!

I would be honoured to have a man of his honesty, integrity and moral character speaking to Canadians, indeed, as a guest speaker in the House of Commons of Canada, as moral character is something which is sadly lacking there! I’m sure you might learn a thing or two.

Mr. Galloway has NOT supported terrorism as the JDL suggests, but rather, has tried to assist human beings in need of aid, to tried to avert the catastrophe of innocents, and eliminate needless human suffering. He is to be RESPECTED and COMMENDED, not barred. At least, that is how the Canada I was born in would react.

The JDL does not speak for the majority of Canadians, but merely presumes to. Need I remind you, that you, and your government are OUR servants Mr. Kenny, and are there at the pleasure of Canadians, not the JDL – theoretically anyways. Your actions, however, give us great cause to doubt that.

[Editor's Note: I received an email from Splitting the Sky's wife Sandra Bruderer on Tuesday, March 17th informing me that he had called her at 11:44 am to say he'd been arrested by Calgary police and was in jail. As Sandra said, "He was arrested this morning in Calgary for trying to break the police line and arrest former President George Bush for war crimes and crimes against humanity."

He told his wife that the police could hold him for up to 24 hours.

She further stated, "There are people down there trying to get him released. One of them just called me to say that they have been told that Dac has been released but they don't know where. They don't see him and none of us have heard from him since. So we don't believe that he has been released. The Calgary police is saying that he has been released but he hasn't.

Tony [Hall] just called back to say that Dac is still in jail there as someone has been in to see him. He is being held till tomorrow and is being charged with assault. Dac’s lawyer Ramsey Clark has been notified. Dac said there were lots of cameras down there and something should be on the Calgary news tonight.

George W. Bush will discuss his eight years in the Oval Office when he visits Calgary, Alta., Tuesday

CALGARY — The rage on the man’s face was evident as he berated police officers preventing him from entering the building where former U.S. president George W. Bush was making a speech Tuesday.

“There is a war criminal upstairs that has committed murder,” screamed the man, who identified himself only as Splitting the Sky. “If I try to get in there you will arrest me. What is wrong with you?

“I am going in there and make a citizen’s arrest,” he said as he attempt to push past police. “Arrest George Bush. Arrest George Bush.”

A few minutes later he was handcuffed and hustled past a long line of Calgary’s business elite waiting to get inside the Telus Convention Centre.

Protest organizers say at least four demonstrators were arrested at Tuesday’s event.

About 60 Calgary police officers were on duty outside to control between 200 and 300 people carrying signs that read “No to U.S. Crimes Against Humanity,” “Indict Bush For War Crimes” and “Canada Is Not Bush Country.”

Another sign read “Shoe Him The Door” — a reference to the Iraqi journalist who threw his shoe at Bush during a news conference in Baghdad in December.

Two Calgary men showed up at the demonstration to support the former U.S. president. Their signs read “The World Is Safer Because of George W. Bush.”

“Thank you, George Bush. Thank you, George Bush,” they chanted.

“He doesn’t sit down and negotiate with terrorists,” shouted one of the men, who identified himself as Merle.

“Try doing this in Cuba,” he said as he pointed to the jeering protesters.

There were shoes everywhere during the protest. A young woman wearing a hood, orange jumpsuit and a name tag that said “Club Gitmo” was pulling a shoe cannon along with a target festooned with pictures of Bush.

An obviously amused police officer told her to leave.

Some of those opposed to Bush’s visit have said he should be arrested as a war criminal because of alleged torture at military prisons in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.

Tuesday’s speech was one of the first public appearances Bush has made since leaving the presidency in January with a dismal approval rating and much of the blame for his country’s collapsing economy. The speech was closed to the media.

“It’s not too late to turn back. Walk away,” the demonstrators yelled to some of the 1,500 guests invited to hear Bush speak to the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.

A couple of hundred people lined up early to go through a special security screening room before entering the hall where Bush was speaking.

A few said the former president has to take some of the responsibility for what has happened in the United States, but also has the right to talk about his administration.

CALGARY – George W. Bush wooed a packed crowd at a private luncheon in Calgary with his trademark folksy charm, while hundreds of protesters outside hurled insults and shoes at the former U.S. president’s image.

Four demonstrators were arrested outside the downtown Calgary convention centre where Bush spoke for one of the first times since leaving office in January. At the time, he had a dismal approval rating and was blamed for his country’s collapsing economy.

“There is a war criminal upstairs that has committed murder,” screamed one man, who identified himself only as Splits the Sky. “If I try to get in there you will arrest me. What is wrong with you?”

Bush’s affable public persona, subdued by widespread criticism of his administration near the end of his time as president, was front and centre as he explained his eight years in the Oval Office.

In his 35-minute speech, he drew ties between his childhood in rural Texas and life in rural Alberta, including the common binds of community and family.

Bush poked fun at himself, but also grew serious when talking about Canada’s role in providing the U.S. with a secure source of energy.

He also admitted his administration spent its final days “bailing water” trying to deal with the financial crisis, and said while there’s no easy answer going forward, more government involvement is not the solution.

The event was closed to the media, but many of the 1,500 people who paid $400 a ticket to hear Bush speak stopped to offer their impressions. Few seemed annoyed by the fact the event started an hour and a half late due to tight security screening.

“He was very, very candid. He was witty and witty in a way that you would have to be intelligent to be that witty,” said Calgary Tory MP Lee Richardson.

“He seemed to have a remarkable grasp of events and issues that just didn’t come through as president.”

Brenda Kenny, president of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association, said Bush emphasized the interconnected, open markets that tie Canada and the U.S. together.

Peter Yates, a lawyer who has dual citizenship and voted against Bush in 2004, admitted the former president is very personable and gave an entertaining speech.

“My feelings are still the same — he’s a folksy affable guy but I don’t agree with his policies.”

Most of the 400 protesters waiting outside showed their negative feelings for Bush.

Some of those opposed to Bush’s visit have suggested he should be arrested as a war criminal because of alleged torture at military prisons in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay. Many yelled at police officers for not arresting Bush on the spot.

The former president’s speech almost exactly marks six years since the invasion of Iraq, said organizer Peggy Askin, and it’s not OK to forget what happened in the ensuing years.

“He shouldn’t be able to go anywhere in the world and just present himself as a private citizen,” she said. “We do not have any use for bringing war criminals into this country. It’s an affront.”

One businessman in the audience said Bush implied he had some regrets from his time in office, although he didn’t give specifics.

“He admitted that maybe there were some things he could have done differently, but overall he made some sense with the reasons for doing it,” said George Fink, CEO of Bonterra Oil and Gas.

The 43rd president of the United States defended his reasons for military action in Iraq and Afghanistan, Fink said.

“He said if we were in his boots in 9-11, a short time after he got in, there was a big demand to do something, and he had to react and he reacted.”

Kenny said Bush seemed eager to explain his views, and he said he plans to write a book to show what happened during eight very challenging years.

“I wouldn’t say apologetic, I would say acknowledging that there was not always agreement and, frankly, just accepting that as a fact.”

The Globe and Mail reported on its website that besides defending his decision to invade Iraq, Bush said “risk takers,” not government, will solve the world recession and that he had positive things to say about current president Barack Obama.

“I love my country more than politics,” Bush said.

“He deserves my silence and if he wants my help he can pick up the phone and call me.”

On the economy, Bush even though he is a “free market guy,” he had to step in with a bail-out package in the waning days of his administration.

But he said the government can’t do it alone.

“It’s the risk takers, not the government, that is going to pull us out of this recession,” he said.

In a question and answer session, Bush defended the invasion of Iraq and the toppling of Saddam Hussein.

“The world is better off and the Iraqi people are better off without Saddam, no ifs, ands or buts,” he said.

Protesters flung projectile footwear from the device at the massive photo of a smiling Bush, while others jeered and tossed sandals and boots by hand.

One of the arrested protesters was ticketed and released, said police. Three others were charged with more serious offences — one with breach of the peace and two with obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.

Seventy-nine police officers were involved, but that included traffic members who closed off intersections for the president’s motorcade.

As immigrants flood our nation in record numbers, many Americans want to talk frankly about the situation. But could this someday be a crime? Could honest talk about immigration someday be as illegal as stabbing a Latino while yelling, “Wetback!?”

It seems unthinkable that the government could deny open debate on a subject like immigration. Yet a federal hate crimes bill before Congress will ultimately do just that-crush freedom of speech to favor “protected classes” (especially racial and religious minorities and homosexuals) and criminalize so-called “hate speech” against them. Such “hate speech” includes the most legitimate critiques of racial difference, protected religions, cultures, or behaviors-and especially immigration.

Hate crime laws – already passed in 45 of our 50 states – ride a wave of propaganda and misperception. Who isn’t against hate? Who doesn’t want to stop crime? But the reality of these laws is dark as any Orwellian tale. Hate crime laws intensify punishment for crimes motivated by bias against specially protected groups. This would be bad enough; our government representatives have no right to create more (and less) protected classes, and they certainly have no right to mine our thoughts and beliefs, then punish what they deem incorrect! But hate crime laws get even worse. In hate law countries such as Canada, they are quickly broadened to punish pure speech, even if no crime is committed.

The White House website’s agenda vows to expand hate crime laws and pass the David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act. This bill, HR256, is currently before Congress, along with the David Ray Ritcheson Act, HR262. The first will enhance federal authority to invade states’ law enforcement when a “hate crime” is committed. Expanding an already existing 1968 federal hate crimes law (Title 18, Sec. 2a), HR 256 could punish “as a principal” any writer, radio host, or even average person whose “counsel” incites another to commit a hate crime. David Ray Ritcheson was a Mexican-American high school student brutally attacked and sodomized in 2006. He later testified in Washington, giving his state Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee http://speaker.house.gov/blog/?p=615 the opportunity to say lawmakers should “redouble our efforts to prevent hate crimes by juveniles, which I believe is in the long run the best and most effective way of eliminating the scourge or hate-motivated crimes from our society.” To lawmakers like Jackson-Lee, “prevention” means silencing those who allegedly teach juveniles to hate – namely, leaders and politicians who speak taboo truths about minority populations or issues like homosexuality and immigration.

To silence the politically incorrect, HR 262 will establish a federal hate crimes command center and a massive re-education program in all American public schools from kindergarten through college. Unlike HR 256, which empowers the government to punish hate crimes in states at will, HR 262 empowers the government to ostensibly “prevent” hate crimes in states.

Obviously, this should disturb every American.

Bush, on January 15, 2009, you stood before the American people and said that there is a battle being waged between “a small band of fanatics [that] demands total obedience to an oppressive ideology” and “[an]other system [that] is based on the conviction that freedom is the universal gift of Almighty God and that liberty and justice light the path to peace.”

Make no mistake, Mr. Bush, you belong to that small band of fanatics. That band of fanatics has been terrorizing people since the beginning of recorded history and probably well before….  Let us not mince words, Mr. Bush, what you did to this country is exactly what those men did to theirs: you stole power by filthy means, you committed the nation to disastrous wars, and left your country in ruin. If this was your goal, then you can pronounce a hearty “Mission Accomplished.”

Mr. Bush, you have indeed left this country in ruins. In the course of our history, we have faced many determined and terrible enemies,… but none have done what you did: you have brought this country to its knees. When you think of your legacy, you can be sure of only one thing: future historians will point to your presidency as a turning point in the nation’s history – the start of a long and perhaps irreversible decline in our fortunes and our prestige.

You are the scion of a family that has long used political power for personal gain. Your people are parasites clinging to the jugular of the nation. You used your father’s connections at every step of your career: to get into school, to start businesses, to escape from service in Vietnam, to become governor of Texas, and to become a candidate for the presidency of the United States. As a child you tortured small animals, as a Yale student you engaged in sadistic initiation rites in your fraternity, as governor of Texas you executed 152 people. You had blood on your hands when you took office, Mr. Bush, and you have added oceans of blood during these eight long years.

In your speech, you said, “I have been blessed to represent this nation.” Mr. Bush, you never represented this nation. You represented only a small group of criminals who used the apparatus of government to channel money – our money – into their pockets. You and your henchmen looted the Treasury of the United States. You ran up debts that we, our children and our grandchildren will have to pay off. You used the entire Middle East as a money laundering operation for corporations like Halliburton, Bechtel and the Carlyle Group. You sent our tax dollars via Iraq and Afghanistan to bank accounts in Houston and Zurich. In a recent screed of January 10, 2009 (The ‘Oldest Hatred’ Lives, from Gaza to Florida http://www.ocregister.com/articles/hamas-gaza-jewish-2277487-muslims-state ) outlining a list of relatively minor examples of anti-Jewish sentiment resulting from Israel’s current butchery of the defenseless Palestinians of Gaza, Canadian journalist Mark Steyn, one of Zionism’s key literary brokers for North America’s Jewish-owned media cartel, attempts to lay the blame for the growing public outrage on the doorstep of Palestine’s democratically elected government Hamas along with other Islamic extremists, Muslims and anyone, anywhere expressing “anti-Zionist” sentiments.

After listing off his abbreviated litany of “anti-Semitic” attacks upon various Jewish individuals and groups he writes, “Forget, for the moment, Gaza. Forget that the Palestinian people are the most comprehensively wrecked people on the face of the earth. For the past sixty years they have been entrusted to the care of the United Nations, the Arab League, the PLO, Hamas and the “global community” — and the results are pretty much what you’d expect” all the while conveniently leaving out of his deceptively narrative description the blatant historic fact that it was the newly-formed Israeli government itself who, via mendacity and sheer ill-will and bloody terror, drove the legal inhabitants of Palestine out of their homes and villages and into that hideous concentration camp we now know as Gaza.

This simplistic and transparent ploy by Steyn to high jack the legitimate concerns of people around the world via jingoist sophistry and twisted argument in favour of the worn canard of “anti-Semitism” falls flat in the face of an abundance of gross images of mutilated, dead and dying Palestinian children, women and elderly, yet this doesn’t deter him in his vainglorious denial of the truth from continuing to ride his blood-steyned steed further into the fray of unabashed Zionist media propaganda, thrashing about with his sword of lies and brandishing his bullet-ridden “anti-Semite” banner – one flapping madly about in the righteous winds of vehement feelings of horror expressed by decent people around the planet incensed and ashamed that such despicable acts of cruel and wanton bloodshed could still be committed against the human family at the beginning of the 21 Century.

But let’s, as Steyn says, “forget Gaza” “and instead ponder the reaction to Gaza in Scandinavia, France, the United Kingdom, Canada, and golly, even Florida. As the delegitimization of Israel has metastasized, we are assured that criticism of the Jewish state is not the same as anti-Semitism. We are further assured that anti-Zionism is not the same as anti-Semitism, which is a wee bit more of a stretch. Only Israel attracts an intellectually respectable movement querying its very existence.”

In a token of submission to the Zionist god of cunning and perfidy Steyn tries comparing Israel with the state of Pakistan as part of recent political machinations and Mossad false flag operations by the Zionist-controlled US government to vilify Pakistan before eventually attacking it as yet another rogue, “terrorist” state. Of Pakistan, and with obvious intent to deflect attention from Israel, Steyn sardonically states, “I happen to think the creation of Pakistan was the greatest failure of post-war British imperial policy.”

Steyn’s culminating and rather crass attempt to convince his western readers that all who reject Zionism are in fact Jew-hating bigots, hypocrites and “anti-Semites” is eventually steeped in a feeble flourish of anti-Muslim artistry, punctuated with an excerpt from the Syrian poet, Nizar Qabbani, suggesting that the people of Gaza are all “mad”. And why are they mad? Why because, as Steyn so lucidly tells us, they exhibit “the enthusiastic adoption of the same pathologies” that mainstream Europe is now expressing in their “anti-Semitic” attacks but of course the Palestinians are even “more deranged — and in the end” their resistance to the phosphorus bombs and DU bullets of Israeli justice “will prove just as self-destructive.”

Such is the ethereal substance of the Zionist media’s #1 propaganda broker Mark Steyn. If you don’t approve of the butcher’s banquet that Israel and its pro-Zionist supporters around the world are feasting upon then by definition you are “anti-Semitic” and a Jew-hater.

Which brings me now to the list of world famous people, who by Steyn’s and Zionism’s definition, fit the description of “anti-Semite”. It was one of these people listed, H.H. Beamish who, in a New York address in October 1937 made the following observation:

“In 1848 the word “anti-Semitic” was invented by the Jews to prevent the use of the word “Jew.” The right word for them is “Jew” …”

Like gemstones and special treats of food I would guess that almost everybody loves reading quotes. The ones that follow are the most comprehensive list related to the issue of “anti-Semitism” that I am aware of. They are offered here to the internet community as one small token of respect for the inhumane suffering of the Palestinian people of all of Palestine and the Arab world in general. They are also dedicated to those brave truth-seeking men and women who now languish in German prisons because they had the fortitude, the fore-knowledge and the courage to question the Zionist Lie. God bless and keep them all safe from any further harm.

If readers of these quotes feel they are being wrongly accused by the likes of Mark Steyn and the Zionist warlords I am certain that by the time they complete reading them they will not feel alone in their gut reaction to what is going on in Gaza today.

Nothing uplifting in this one — just my support for what you are already suspecting.

One thing stands out in my mind from election night.   It was the smug smile on that little two-faced Gramsci communist operative Stephanopolis.  He was clearly so proud of himself as one of the conspirators who helped make it all happen, so happy that the communist underground has again pulled off the conquest of United States governance, so self-righteously sure that he is on the side of history and mankind in the destruction of bourgeois liberalism, of  what America stood for to Franklin, Jefferson, Paine and Madison, of his superiority to all that, as he and his pals are secretly glorifying in the this new triumph of the communist conspiracy.  The cat that swallowed the canary.  The standardized intellectual servant of the Red Money Power doing his job of giving the scientifically devised “party line” lies to the plebians who think that the election victory was all about skin color and America’s racist past.  (The Chinese and the Jews are the worlds greatest racists, not the Americans or the Muslims who are among the world’s most tolerant people.  Yet the Jews make the Hollywood movies which depict Americans as homicidal psychotics.)

The men of Goldman Sachs are the same.  They have the power of Finance Capitalism and they use it for predatory destruction of American society and of all liberal societies and national economies around the world — justifying their acquisition of power and their use of power to harm billions of people with the excuse that they are really at heart communists bringing about a better world by destroying capitalism from within.  No capitalist who was not also a communist could do such evil.

They have brought this country to ruin with their conspiracy and they are proud of it, yet their dialectics, their revolutionary doctrines, their scientific socialism are all as be-knighted a superstition as any “opiate of the people” on earth.  The communist analysis of exploitation, of labor, of value, of science is all wrong and absurd, but there is no telling that to these “true believers.”  The Goldman Sachs communist must know it is not true — but they nevertheless go through the motions of believing the religion because 1) being part of the great communist conspiracy game as played with Gramsci rules is so much fun; 2) the top players are all Jewish which gives this game which seeks world conquest a definite razenkampf (group conflict) Jewish supremacist incentive that is so omni-satisfying if you are Jewish; 3) you get to destroy stuff and still be considered the hero; and 4) you get incredible power and status and money in the positions the conspiracy requires you to play.

The new president is first and foremost a lawyer on retainer.  He is a hit man carefully groomed and positioned to execute the next phase of this war the communists operating from Israel, China and the merchant banking houses of New York, London, the Bahamas, Hong Kong and elsewhere are conducting.

If the change President-elect Obama has promised includes a halt to America’s wars of aggression and an end to the rip-off of taxpayers by powerful financial interests, what explains Obama’s choice of foreign and economic policy advisors?   Indeed, Obama’s selection of Rahm Israel Emanuel as White House chief of staff is a signal that change ended with Obama’s election.  The only thing different about the new administration will be the faces.

Rahm Israel Emanuel is a supporter of Bush’s invasion of Iraq.  Emanuel rose to prominence in the Democratic Party as a result of his fundraising connections to AIPAC.  A strong supporter of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee, he comes from a terrorist family.  His father was a member of Irgun, a Jewish terrorist organization that used violence to drive the British and Palestinians out of Palestine in order to create the Jewish state.  During the 1991 Gulf War, Rahm Israel Emanuel volunteered to serve in the Israel Defense Forces.  He was a member of the Freddie Mac board of directors and received $231,655 in directors fees in 2001.  According to Wikipedia, “during the time Emanuel spent on the board, Freddie Mac was plagued with scandals involving campaign contributions and accounting irregularities.”

In “Hail to the Chief of Staff,” Alexander Cockburn describes Emanuel as “a super-Likudnik hawk,” who as chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2006 “made great efforts to knock out antiwar Democratic candidates.”

McCarthy Vindicated at Last by Philip V. Brennan

[Editor's Note: It usually works like this: after a lifetime of being told systematic lies it becomes extremely difficult to wrap your mind around a truth that runs contrary to what you've assumed to be a truth from day one. Such is the case with Senator Joseph McCarthy and his battle with the Communist infiltration of the U.S. government and all of America's civil and social infrastructure.

It's not until one has been on the receiving end of the sorts of vituperative smear campaigns (as I have) that the forces of Communist aka Zionist power unleash when you dare to question their integrity and their actions that a person begins to reflect upon who these alien agents are and just how long they've been at it in terms of their insinuation into U.S. and Canadian government structures.

In my case, years of research into political Zionism clearly indicates that Communism, so well described by the writer as 'socialism in a hurry' is but the root of what the mainstream media refers to as the present (and past) "Liberal" establishment. Whatever is "left" in America and Canada has its roots deeply buried in the Marxist-Leninist soil and as such is firmly planted in the Zionist ideology, one that, after centuries of dormant activity below the surface, finally broke through to the light of day in 1897 in Basle, Switzerland at the first conference wherein was established the World Zionist Organization. From its nascent cabalist origins, leading up to the secret Illuminati conspiracies of Adam Weishaupt during the latter half of the 18th Century, this fundamentally totalitarian program for world enslavement eventually shape-shifted into what is today known as political Zionism. Its first major beachhead, after public formation, was of course the conquering of the U.S. economy via the surreptitious formation of what is euphemistically known as the U.S. Federal Reserve banking system.

Once the money supply and control was in the hands of the Rothschild empire they then proceeded to step two which was the destruction of the Russian Monarchy and the inculcation of their Marxist plans to conquer a nation by force and then, by example, attempt to instill into its people the Zionist concepts of atheism, totalitarianism and police state consciousness. Under the ruse of "Communism" and using Zionist capital supplied to Lenin and the Bolsheviks by the Rothschilds they were able to pull off the greatest (at that time) coup in recorded history and subsequently proceed to murder and imprison millions of Christians and non-Zionist Gentiles and turn the progress of thousands of years on its head.

America of course was not exempt from these same forces who, for decades prior to 1917, had been actively plotting a similar fate for the USA. With the establishment of Zionism in America and the control of industry, the media and the government in their hands they were then able to use Moscow as a base of operations and begin their importation of "Communist" ideas (in actuality, Zionist ideas) into the United States.

One only need read the autobiographical work of Whitticker Chambers, Witness, to understand the inner workings of what then Senator Joe McCarthy was fighting against. Chambers had been a Communist spy during the 30s and early 40s and knew the network intimately. Fortunately he had a change of heart and became a Christian and in doing so not only broke away from his Bolshevik masters but did his damnedest to alert the federal government to the plot that was in progress to turn America over to the Zionist forces who then were in total control of the former Russian Empire. As well, Chambers had been an intimate of the infamous Alger Hiss, the man Liberal America adored as a fine, upstanding example of what true American ideals stood for. Of course Chambers knew that in reality Hiss was the Soviet's top agent in America and their prime link not only to the State Department but to whatever President happened to inhabit the White House. At risk to both life and limb Chambers eventually was able to expose Hiss as the traitor he was but not before the Liberal (Zionist) press turned its guns on him and feverishly set about vilifying his character and his information in precisely the same manner as they did with Senator Joe McCarthy.

In many ways its a pity that Joe never was able to make the link between the actual Zionist forces who controlled the Soviet Communist system and the false front "Communism" under which they were acting. By not exposing Communism as the brainchild of the Zionists it left the American people thinking that the real enemy had been defeated during the Cold War period yet that subterfuge could be nothing further from the truth. Deception, via the controlled Zionist media, is the key to an understanding of how these nefarious forces operate. A combination of unlimited financial power working through lobby formations plus monopoly of the main sources of information on all important issues gave (and continues to give) the Zionist forces controlling America unlimited scope in terms of their leverage in manipulating both the Republican and the Democratic parties in the USA. Traditionally the Democrats were the party of choice for the Zionists but, as in all matters of importance and proven by historical facts reaching back to the time of the first Rothschild money consortium, the Zionists have always played both sides of the field in whatever scheme they take on, be it military, financial, media, cultural or governmental endeavors.

By not making the link between the political ideology known as Zionism and its front ideology caste as "Communism", the forces who had taken over the US state department during the days of President Wilson were given free reign to create a consortium of crime syndicates that has slowly and almost imperceptibly transformed America into an image of itself, that is, a nation that thinks and acts no differently than its former Soviet counterpart. As a result we see the overt face of Zionism on the screens and in its foreign policies and in its religious bigotry masked as true Christianity whereas it is really exhibiting little more than the traditional Zionist mindset of its zealots.

It has become Big Brother in truly Orwellian terms and all the espousal of "freedom" and "democracy" is nothing more than lies designed to hide the true agenda of the Zionist forces controlling (and destroying) America behind a mask of righteousness and truth.

Senator Joe McCarthy, like Whittaker Chambers and General MacArthur, et al,  ought to go down in history as one of the greatest American patriots to ever stand up and exhibit the courage requisite to fight this monstrosity that has taken over the USA and is now using its governmental body to take over the world and fabricate its one world government of Communist slavery (aka Zionism par excellence).]

Intent on Christianist dominion and apocalyptic war, these lunatics have no qualms about fixing our elections–as was quite obvious in Ohio, where Parlsey and (of course) Ken Blackwell did all they could to “re-elect” Bush/Cheney.

To ask McCain to disavow those guys would be a waste of breath, since they now largely dominate his party. Better to spread the word, aggressively, about such partnership. His support of Jews is a pure crock- they are only the bait to get Christians into the kingdom of heaven.

Now that John McCain has tempered his lovefest with end-timer John Hagee by claiming distance from some of Hagee’s words, he has hardly renounced either the big man or the powerful and cultic movement that hopes to see the world end. What is being overlooked is the big picture — John McCain is playing ball with not only John Hagee, but also with several other big fundamentalist players. Are we to believe that Senator McCain thinks fundamentalism is good as long as it is homegrown? It’s sure looking that way.

Warning! As you know, I always give you my best jokes in these pieces. This one will contain no humor. Will the conspiracy for world government assassinate Dr. Paul? That is the stark question now before us. Since the Paul campaign started to take off, I have been hearing agonized comments to that effect from his supporters. So far, I have said nothing, hoping they would subside, but now comes an authentic reporter citing “reliable sources” from inside.

He is Daniel Estulin, an author who lives in Spain, and whose welcome, new exposé is The True Story of the Bilderberg Group (Walterville, OR, Trine Day, 2007). The Bilderbergers meet at least once a year. Somewhere in the world, they take over a five-star establishment, kick all the other guests out, surround the place with guards armed with machine guns and meet in secret, where they decide what will happen to you and your property, which you have not elected them to do.

Estulin apparently has a good record for accuracy. He says that sources in a think tank in U.S. intelligence tell him that people at the top of the U.S. government are considering the execution of Dr. Ron Paul, whose exploding popularity is causing them to fear they could lose control. Recently, he became the 18 Million Dollar Man, after people around the country raised more than $6 million for his campaign in one day, a gargantuan record.

Estulin told commentator Alex Jones: “I am getting information from my sources that there are people involved from a higher level of the American establishment who are seriously considering – this has not been confirmed – but assassination is definitely on the agenda and I pray to God that this is not the case.” Estulin says his source has been accurate for ten years, and says that if the “Ron Paul Revolution” continues to multiply, assassination could be a “serious option.”

I have endured a lot of smear and hatred since Casey was killed and especially since I became the so-called “Face” of the American anti-war movement. Especially since I renounced any tie I have remaining with the Democratic Party, I have been further trashed on such “liberal blogs” as the Democratic Underground. Being called an “attention whore” and being told “good riddance” are some of the more milder rebukes.

I have come to some heartbreaking conclusions this Memorial Day Morning. These are not spur of the moment reflections, but things I h been meditating on for about a year now. The conclusions that I have slowly and very reluctantly come to are very heartbreaking to me.

The first conclusion is that I was the darling of the so-called left as long as I limited my protests to George Bush and the Republican Party. Of course, I was slandered and libeled by the right as a “tool” of the Democratic Party. This label was to marginalize me and my message. How could a woman have an original thought, or be working outside of our “two-party” system?

However, when I started to hold the Democratic Party to the same standards that I held the Republican Party, support for my cause started to erode and the “left” started labeling me with the same slurs that the right used. I guess no one paid attention to me when I said that the issue of peace and people dying for no reason is not a matter of “right or left”, but “right and wrong.”

I am deemed a radical because I believe that partisan politics should be left to the wayside when hundreds of thousands of people are dying for a war based on lies that is supported by Democrats and Republican alike. [Read more...]

But it was actually said by Confucius, a Chinese philosopher, five hundred years before there was that greatest and most humane of human beings, named Jesus Christ.

The Chinese also gave us, via Marco Polo, pasta and the formula for gunpowder. The Chinese were so dumb they only used gunpowder for fireworks. And everybody was so dumb back then that nobody in either hemisphere even knew that there was another one.

In a stark statement published on Saturday [Israeli] Brigadier General Oded Tira observed, “President Bush lacks the political power to attack Iran. As an American strike in Iran is essential for our existence, we must help him pave the way by lobbying the Democratic Party (which is conducting itself foolishly) and US newspaper editors.

We need to do this in order to turn the Iranian issue to a bipartisan one and unrelated to the Iraq failure.”

Because of the dramatic loss of political power of the Bush-Cheney administration, General Tira urges the Israel Lobby to, “turn to Hillary Clinton and other potential presidential candidates in the Democratic Party so that they support immediate action by Bush against Iran.”
