Toben Case – A Victory For Exactitude!

A vital legal precedent has been dispelled!  On Wednesday 29th October at 2pm, within ten minutes, a victory for exactitude was declared! The German onslaught, charging with a stick and balloon on a trojan horse to breach the bastion of British jurisprudence fell at the first professional lance, to the British empirical tradition.  Defeat for what the Deputy Senior District Judge at the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court on London’s famous Horseferry Road called “vague and imprecise” concepts which “muddy the waters” of the judicial process.

A European Arrest Warrant was executed against a peaceful Australian academic, Dr. Fredrick Töben whilst he sat on an American Airlines aircraft in transit at Heathrow airport.  Since October 1st, he has been sitting in a Wandsworth prison cell, facing extradition and five years in Mannheim prison, Germany’s dungeon for political prisoners of conscience. The case has prompted concern that European laws restricting academic freedoms might be extended to Britain via the back door of the European Arrest Warrant.

However Dr. Töben and his defence team succeeded in having the extradition process discharged under Section 2 of the Extradition Act, because the warrant was not particularised and the conduct alleged was vague.

Dr. Töben’s victory clearly wrong footed the Daily Mail’s journalists. First described by the Mail at 5pm in their story “Töben wins his case!” as “a prominent Australian academic”, just over two hours later it had been amended to “controversial Australian academic”. Then, within another hour the Mail backtracked again to describe Dr Töben as just plain “Australian academic”, the qualifying adjectives having proved too problematic…

The court now awaits an appeal by the German prosecuting authorities, who are represented in the U.K. by the Crown even though Dr. Töben’s alleged conduct does not constitute an offence in the U.K. In the meantime, Dr. Töben has been granted bail but with stringent bail conditions, the most challenging being a cash security of £100,000.

The Prime Minister of the UK, Mr. Gordon Brown, in an article in the Washington Post, (Friday October 17, 2008) advocated that “The Financial Crisis is also an Opportunity to Create new Rules for Our Global Economy.”

There it is!  Now out in the open!  President Bush’s swan song in mid-November will be to host a Global Conference (150 nations) to establish a World Money System!  There’ll be plenty  of dire warnings about the consequences if we fail to take this last chance for humanity!

WHICH WAY FOR RUDD?

Prime Minister Rudd, and his Treasurer Wayne Swan, will naturally be there.  Statements they have made so far indicate that they also favour a globally-enforced solution;  but perhaps this is being unfair.  Surely they are aware of the prolonged and dramatic history of their own party – the A.L.P. – in seeking to defend Australia’s financial and economic sovereignty?  Would the same Party which founded the Commonwealth Bank after Federation end up sacrificing our Nation’s sovereignty to a New World Order 100 years later?

FISHER SETS THE SCENE

The Fisher Labor Government in 1910, at the instigation of Tasmanian Member King O’Malley,  founded the Commonwealth as a “peoples’ bank”.  Almost immediately it showed its value and potential.  Among other items, it funded expenditure on World War 1 to the tune of $700 million at an interest rate of five-eights of one percent!  Sir Dennison Miller, the single Director of the Bank, claimed shortly after the war that his bank had the capacity, not only to finance the war all over again had it been needed, but that it could save Australia untold millions in peacetime projects as well. As King O’Malley had foretold, the need for foreign borrowing and compounding debt had been averted for future generations.

THE ‘BANKSTERS’ MOVE IN
By 1924 disaster struck!  A young Dennison Miller unexpectedly died.  A federal election saw Lord Bruce, a London banker, become a Liberal Prime Minister.  The Commonwealth Bank was put under a Board selected from the private world of finance, and was increasingly crippled from there on.

The Great Depression, which struck five years later, could have been averted had the Commonwealth still been a “peoples’ bank”.  There were no physical shortages in Australia.  The causes were financial, as they are now.

[Editor's note: While I would have preferred it had Henry Makow called his article “The Zionist Banker Conspiracy” it basically boils down to six of one or a half a dozen of the other. What Henry does convey in this very illuminating article is the overall make-up of the Zionist agenda for global governance. He also does a fine job of explaining the “all Jews are guilty of conspiring to assist the psychopathic Zionists” syndrome that holds sway amongst many non-Jewish anti-Zionists. Average Jews are no different than average Christians or average secular people of every and any description. What does place them in jeopardy though is the machinations of the select group who profess to speak for all of them and in doing so attempt to drag everyone down to the Zionist’s level in the hope that the bulk of the innocent will somehow protect the guilty.

Recently, on his internet radio show, Alan Stang asked me if there is such a thing as a Jewish conspiracy. He gets email from people blaming Jews, Jesuits, the Vatican, Freemasons etc.

I replied that the central banking cartel is the only group that has both the motive and the means to take over the world. Consisting mainly of Cabala-believing Jews and Freemasons, it is the HEAD of the octopus. Zionism, Freemasonry, organized Jewry, Western Imperialism, Jesuits, Vatican, Intelligence agencies, mass media, etc. are among countless octopus arms.

The “motive” is to protect its fraudulent private monopoly over public (government) credit (money creation) which is worth trillions and trillions. They need a “world government” to ensure that no nation creates its own interest free money or defaults on the loans the bankers created out of nothing.

The “means” of course is unlimited money funneled through their network of cartels, which allows them to own the government, mass media, education etc. Anyone who succeeds in public life is their puppet or unconsciously serves their agenda. Their Zionist-Freemason-Communist-Socialist-MI-5/6 network allows them to exercise covert control on the ground.

The first section of this essay is a look into a possible future our society might encounter in the months, or perhaps weeks, ahead.

Mary Jo Schlumpunfunk (with all kudos to Glenn Beck) was driving home from work in the suddenly cold November air of her home town of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Mary Jo was sick and tired of listening to the depressing news about all the problems all those rich bankers and Wall Street types were having so instead of listening to the news station, she switched over to her favorite pop music station tuning out reality and enjoying the drive back to her humble apartment on the outskirts of town. Her neighbors greeted her with a friendly ‘hello’ as she walked up the steps and they asked her if her company was going to shut down or not next week for the holiday. Mary Jo paused with a puzzled look and said “We are open, even for Thanksgiving Day as far as I know.” They nodded and looked at her like she was crazy and then went inside out of the cold air of the night. Mary Jo’s position as the Assistant Manager at the local Kroger’s gave her the confidence that her job was secure because after all, people had to eat.

As the alarm went off at 3 a.m. Mary Jo did not even think about what was being broadcast and just hit the off switch on her clock so she could start getting ready for work. She turned her computer on as she passed by it on her way to the bathroom so she could get ready to relieve the night manager at five. Mary Jo returned to her computer after getting ready to log in and check her email only to receive a message on her browser that there was a connectivity issue. With that frustrating bit of news, she looked at the cable router and sure as heck, it was down again. The regular routine of having to dig an old cable bill out to call the idiots at Time Warner has long been replaced by having the tech support number on speed dial on her telephone and cell phone. When she picked her telephone up, it was dead with no dial tone or service of any kind. Then she grabbed her cell phone and called finally getting through only to get the message “We are aware of the current outage in all of our services and we are working diligently to restore service to all of our customers as soon as possible. At this time, all internet access is restricted to certain business accounts only and will be restored to residential customers as soon as we can.” With that cheery bit of good news, she grabbed her coffee and hopped into her car to go to the local combination gas station to grab some breakfast and gas on her way to work.

With a little bit of stunned disbelief she pulled into the pumps at the local Gas-N-Go where literally every pump but hers had a car sitting there and the inside of the store was packed with people. She dutifully popped the gas cap off and slid her debit card into the slot as her breath steamed up the morning air. The card reader displayed “INVALID CARD, PLEASE SEE CASHIER” in the tiny LCD display. With that she grabbed her keys and purse and huffed inside to the station now leaving her only forty minutes to get to work. The line at the poor cashier was murder with people yelling and screaming at the young lady demanding that she fix the problem immediately but she kept saying she couldn’t and was on the verge of tears. Mary Jo grabbed a bagel and a bag of chips the hopped into the line from hell. When it was her turn at the front she started to say “My card…” and was cut off by the young lady who blurted out “I know, I know, it does not work. It doesn’t matter what card, what bank, whatever but none of them are working and I don’t know why. I can only take cash now. Would you still like to buy gas at Pump 4 or not?” Mary Jo said “Sure give me $20 worth plus this stuff”, knowing full well that would leave her less than twenty bucks in her wallet after buying all the groceries and gas but she could get more food at work because after all, she worked in a grocery store.

After that encounter she turned the radio off in her car and headed off to work, listening to her favorite Johnny Cash CD. “The heck with all this idiocy” she thought to herself. Maybe work will be peaceful and we can get the Christmas food display moved to the front of the store to boost the sales. Mary Jo pulled into the parking lot expecting to see only the usual five or six cars that were normally there. Instead of a usual day, she would see what happens when the world is turned on its side, as the lot was full and there was a line of people standing in front of the ATM machine outside which had to be forty plus people deep. On a day like today, Mary Jo knew she would have to park in the back and sneak in through the receiving door just like it was the peak shopping season. After parking the car, she wolfed the bagel down while walking inside while trying to slurp down her coffee. Oh the shock she would see.

The night manager was sitting in the receiving area with his head in his hands sobbing like a baby. Mary Jo would not think this was unusual except he was a fifty-three year old man, and as an ex-Marine his will usually was emotionless, all business, and stalwart. “Mike, what is the matter, are you okay?” Mary Jo tried to ask as she approached him in an effort to comfort him. Mike replied “You should never have come here Mary, this is a disaster. Do you know how many times we have had to call Law Enforcement out here to restore order? Don’t you listen to the news or anything? This is a nightmare, an utter, disastrous nightmare.” Mary Jo noticed a half empty bottle of bourbon at his feet and that enraged her immediately. She snapped back “Get your self together mister. There is nothing that severe that justifies drinking on the job. You have a job to do and you need to get your damned butt on that floor out there right now!”

The League for “Human Rights” of B’nai Brith Canada, a political arm of the International Zionist movement, plus its British Columbia representative, Harry Abrams, have both stated that I, Arthur Topham, am a “hatemonger” because I write and publish articles critical of Political Zionism and the racist, apartheid state of Israel.

This simple act of registering a “complaint” with the Canadian Human Rights Commission contending that I am promoting “anti-Semitism” and “hatred toward Jews and citizens of Israel” is, apart from being a vexatious, spurious charge, also a libel and defamation of my personal character and integrity. Their intent, from the start, was disingenuous and politically motivated as neither of these two complainants knew me from Adam and I had no prior personal contact with either of them. As such they haven’t the foggiest idea of who I really am as a person and whether or not I in fact “hate” anybody or anything. But that, I suggest, is not their mandate nor their true purpose. Their real intent is to hunt down and attack any individual or group in Canada whose writings they feel fall within their self-chosen guidelines (their “Hallmarks of Hate” if you will), the parameters of which they feel will meet the guidelines set by the Canadian Human Rights Act and its infamous Orwellian Section 13 pretext.

All this is done with the tacit understanding that the dupes and co-conspirators now inhabiting the infrastructure of the tyrannical mind-control group of politically correct commissars making up both the Canadian Human Rights Commission and its counterpart the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal will use their arbitrarily assumed quasi-judicial power to censor the ideas that I, and the network of writers I publish, have written on these highly controversial and deadly serious subjects.

Along with the sham and pretense on the part of these pseudo-censorial governmental groups is the commonly accepted fact that anyone falsely accused by these self-chosen mind manipulators such as B’nai Brith Canada, the Canadian Jewish Congress or the Simon Wiesenthal Center is automatically assumed to be guilty of whatever heinous crimes they are accused of and that due to the process itself (designed with such intent in mind) any attempt to escape from the clutches of these Big Brother bullies is futile. Experience here in Canada shows that regardless of whether or not the purported “crime” consists of exposing the truth about the aforementioned nation-state Israel or rightfully delineates the factual reality of Israel’s political ideology known to historians and researchers as Political Zionism, these factors are considered irrelevant in the eyes of Canada’s judicial system.

Thus, considering that the trap has been laid and the chances of any justice occurring is close to nil, it behooves those falsely accused to take their case to the only impartial tribunal now available to free men and women, that being cyberspace or the internet. It is for this reason that I am now publishing the following assortment of songs which I have composed over the past 34 years. It is my hope that readers will be able to ascertain the intent of the messages contained within these lyrics and decide for themselves whether or not they represent the thoughts and feelings of someone who might conceivable be the type of person prone to “spreading hatred” toward others, be they individuals such as Harry Abrams or groups such as B’nai Brith Canada. That assessment I will leave up to readers.

I recently received a reply from a longstanding associate of mine who is currently attending a post-secondary institution as what might be termed a “mature student”. He was writing in response to the article, “Huffing and puffing to silence criticism of Israel by The Electronic Intifada” which I had sent out to my list. He wrote, “Waddya expect from Dominant White Upper Class media outlets?” In turn I replied, ““Dominant White Upper Class media outlets” ? Surely you jest. That sort of rhetoric is the product of attending too many “psyche” classes. They are Jewish media outlets. ALL of them.”

That sparked the following reply from my colleague which forms the basis of the subsequent article.

“Aint or aren’t jewish people white?  My point is that anywhere you turn, there is carefully constructed misinformation by those in power; usually white, usually dominant, usually upper class..and no snide comments about me psyche’ please.  Maybe they are all jewish..that is not my core concern.  My concern is with the injustice of it all; the damage and prevalence of the misinformation; the damage by control-by a few; to society.  The outcomes of that structure-I don’t care if they are all little green men.  My focus would suggest that the heads of these corrupt corporations have a very bright light shone on them-and that they be held accountable, and are fired, jailed etc.; but the public-lemming population is too stupid, compliant, and imprinted to demand effective change from their elected reps-who are predominately corrupt and on the take anyway.  The outcomes are bad-for example, one classmate in International Business said last week-while the prof. was explaining the extreme constraints of communism (he’s Romanian) and how good it was to have the “free ability to vote in the West” – “yah! right! are we really free? do we really have a choice?  and the prof (conditioned) jumped down his throat (in ignorance).  Last: my International Text (pure propaganda) expounds the amazing benefits of globalization and free trade: while I know the devastating truth from research projects.  Misinformation-carefully planned and presented for the youth of the future to accept as good, that which is not in many respects-if any at all.  People have to wake up from their complacency and ask:-who am I? what is happening to me? who is responsible? what can I effectively do about this?  For you it’s the jewish people, for me, it’s the corrupt corporate and government officials; and the ruling class assholes behind them-little green men, or not.  I CANNOT BELIEVE THE ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE OF SOME OF THE YANK (LAYMEN) POPULATION I SEE ON T.V. DISCUSSING POLITICS!  Just look at McCains “little religious stand-up doll”… that’s how stupid they are..they move these fools’ focus around so easily-while the real business takes place….ELECTION AFTER ELECTION……”

Dear Mr. M,

As a matter of fact, no.  Real Jewish people are Semites i.e. Arab and therefore not Caucasian. That is those who are truly Judaic. They are known as the Sephardic Jews and usually are dark-skinned like the rest of the Arab peoples. What we have today (90%+) are the Ashkenazic Jews who don’t have a Semitic gene in them. See Arthur Koestler’s “The Thirteenth Tribe” for details. But that is beside the point.

Like you, my concern is with the injustice of the system itself and of course those who instituted, nurtured and presently control it. That is the only point, from reading your growing awareness of the game plan, where we differ. The literature which verifies and justifies my position is not to be found on the bookshelves of the institutions of higher learning. As the old saying goes, “been there, done that”. That, by the way, is the precise reason why Mr. T dropped out of the game back in ‘69. Acidic lucidity prevailed at the time for the greater good of my higher self (thank God) and set me on a different path to understanding how the world is designed economically, socially, spiritually and politically.

In your case it appears that your destiny is to dive deep into the murky pools of propaganda that exist within the system or structure. Why? Because, as it is becoming apparent, when you finally surface you will then possess the Grail of Truth and be able to wield it like a sword, not only for personal discernment but for exposing the lies and the sham(e) of the game-plan of these pseudo, self-chosen little gods who now run the show from behind the scenes.

You say you don’t care who they are that are shining that bright light into the eyes of the compliant ones. For you they could be little green men. Icke calls them reptilians from another dimension. Others refer to them as the Synagogue of Satan. They have many names but most of them are coined for the purpose of subterfuge, that is to mask who who they really are. This is obviously done with the idea in mind that if you (whomever) attempt to identify this elite group by name you will suffer the immediate backlash of being maligned and accosted and threatened and discredited as being a “racist, anti-Semite” aka a Jew hater. That is the ring of fire which surrounds the inner core of those of whom you speak. Even the analogy to fire is apropo as one easily associates it with the holocaust myth, an integral component of their propaganda defense mechanism. Certainly it is easier to refer to them as little green men or collusive corporate creeps or dominant white upper class heartless hyenas, etc. It is the first stage of realizing that in fact there is a mask covering the seemingly faceless, haphazard machinations of the present system. The Socialist Malon, back in the mid-19th Century, referred to those controlling the system as being the “Judaized Plutocracy”. That I suggest is likely the closest one can come to identifying this cartel and it dovetails nicely with the more modern terminology Political Zionism.

This is a precedent-setting court case that impacts the future of herbs.

If you live near Vancouver, we’re looking to help pack the courtroom so that a clear message is sent to the judge regarding Canadian interest in the outcome of this case.

In a nutshell, Strauss Herb Company is defending yohimbe bark from Health Canada’s drug prescription regulations.

“Everyone agrees that you cannot take something listed as a prescription drug and add it to a natural health product,” says Strauss lawyer Shawn Buckley. “However, this is not enough for Health Canada, which drew out a policy in the fall of 2004. According to the new policy, if you can extract a prescription substance from a plant, then the PLANT is a prescription drug and is only available by prescription.”

So far, Health Canada has targeted:
- red yeast rice
- gotu kola
- yohimbe bark
- cowhage/velvet bean

The list of plants from which you can extract prescription substances is long, and includes very common botanical elements found in green tea, black tea, and cocoa (chocolate). It also includes elements found in common foods such as eggs, carrots, milk, broccoli, etc.

“If this court case is not successful,” says Buckley, “Health Canada will have a powerful weapon to drive foods and other natural health botanicals – and products derived from them – out of the marketplace.  They will be available by prescription only.”

[Editor's Note: It is now over a decade since I first met Jim Strauss, founder of the Strauss Herb Company. It was not long after launching The Radical newspaper in June of 1998 that I had a call from Mr. Strauss in July of the same year. He said that he had caught a television news story in Kamloops regarding my new publication and considering the name I had chosen challenged me to do a story on him and his controversial herb company then known as Natural Way Herbs.

Of course I was interested in Jim Strauss's case and agreed to do an interview, one which appeared in the September 1998 edition with the headline reading "HEART ATTACK" The Liberal's Assault on Canada's Health Food Industry. The story was subtitled, Jim Strauss - Master Herbalist, Caught between a Rock and a Heart place.

Interview with Jim Strauss of Strauss Herb Company Vol. 1 No. 4 The Radical September 1998

There is a man living in Kamloops, B. C. who has the gift of being able to heal people of diseases that the medical profession have deemed to be incurable.  His name is Jim Strauss and for the past 30 years he's been a practising Master Herbalist who has literally  cured thousands of patients worldwide who once suffered from a multitude of ailments ranging from Heart Disease and Cancer to Asthma, Arthritis, Prostate, hernias and Chronic Hiccups!

Considering the years and years of successful treatments and the stacks of testimonials from grateful, cured patients around the world one would think that Mr. Strauss's name and his cures would be household words throughout the medical establishment and amongst the general public.  But, alas, such is not the case and Jim Strauss - Master Herbalist - rather than enjoying the approbation, respect and dignity due him for his amazing herbal cures, has, for decades, been harassed  by Canada's Health Protection Branch (HPB) for manufacturing and advertising his natural herbal remedies.

When questioned on the subject of  the government's tactics Jim is quick to point out that the Federal Health Minister, Allan Rock, who's main function is the protection of  Canada's citizens from disease is, in fact, not only neglecting his primary duty but, through his office and through policies set by his ministry, is actually aiding and abetting those agencies and lobbyists who are out  destroying the rights of Canadians to live healthy and prosperous lives.

"There are two things in this world that are the major sources of disease" says Jim.  "One is the chemical adulteration of our foods by the giant Agribusiness industry and the second, and most perilous of all, is the genetically-altered  food    products that government and industry are currently engaged in developing."  In Jim's words, "Genetically altered food, be it vegetable or animal, means the imminent demise of mankind as a species."

Asked why this was so Jim pointed out that everything in God's creation consists of matter made from Nature.  Our bodies are natural outgrowths of organic substances that the earth is created out of and, as such, it is these pure and natural ingredients that are required in order to maintain our physical health.  As Jim put it, "Trying to fix our bodies up with inorganic, chemical substances is like taking our car into a lumber yard to be repaired with 2x4's instead of using the appropriate materials."

Since the end of WWII and the onset of the large-scale production of food by giant cartels the world of agriculture has radically changed.  For millions of years the word "organic" was taken for granted.  In fact, it wasn't even entertained in thought anymore than we debated air or water or sunshine prior to the industrial age.  But now when you mention the word "organic" people think of it as unusual or odd as if it were somehow not normal or real.  This, in itself, should be indicative of just how far we've allowed ourselves to slip away from the truly fundamental realities in life.

Referring once again to the Federal Health Minister, Allan Rock, Jim went on to describe how he took the time and effort to send Mr. Rock information on his herbal remedies, especially the Strauss Heart Drops which have helped so many people around the world.  Finally, after months of waiting for a reply, Jim received a letter back from Allan Rock.  In it Jim had hoped that Mr. Rock would have shown an interest in the numbers of people who had confessed to having been cured of heart disease by Mr. Strauss's heart drops and had submitted copies of coronary angiograms that showed the positive results from using his remedy but, instead, all that the Health Minister did was give him a lecture on drug identification numbers (DIN) and cautioned him to be a "responsible company" and not to promote his cures!

According to Mr. Rock and "Schedule A" of the Food and Drugs Act there are 46 listed diseases including, "...conditions such as liver diseases, kidney disease, cancer, heart disease, hypertension and diabetes which are not considered to be amenable to self-treatment but rather require professional medical care."  Such was the response of the man who's mandated duty is to maintain and improve the health of Canadians.

Over the years Jim attempted to have his herbal remedies sanctioned by the health officials and at a time when it wasn't a costly item like it is today with all the new regulations and fees.  Each time that he applied he would receive a letter back stating that such and such of an herb was not considered by the Ministry to be effective in the treatment of this particular ailment and so he would be told to change the formula in order to obtain the drug identification number.  Of course this meant that the formula would now be ineffective and so Jim was left with only one option - continue making the cure so that it worked and forego being able to legally advertise his products.

As the years went by and the cures continued to work so did the harassment by the HPB.  Inspectors would show up at his business Natural Way Herbs at 399 Tranquille Road in Kamloops and try to make a mockery of his products by going around his shop pointing fingers at his herbal remedies and childishly remarking, "snake oil, snake oil!".

Things finally came to a head (literally) in May of 1992 when Jim was attending a Trade Fair in Vernon and Federal Food and Drug Inspectors swooped in and charged him with 28 counts of advertising and promoting his herbal products contrary to the Food and Drugs Act.  There was also an additional 29th charge laid against Jim for obstructing and hindering Inspectors G. D. Orriss and W. G. Baird of the HPB because when they began grabbing his products and literature off his table he threw a package of styrofoam cups at Mr. Orriss and hit him on the head!

The outcome of the trial which ended in November of 1993 was that Jim received a $600 fine for advertising his herbal remedies for which new drug submissions had not been filed with the Minister of Health.

It's a classic case of the Catch 22 situation.  Jim refers to the herbal henchmen who hassle him as the Hitler's of the health protection branch.  They go about the country harassing small health food store entrepreneurs and driving them out of business so that the large pharmaceutical companies can gain total control over the sources of healing remedies and then substitute the natural ones for the synthetic.

The crux of the whole issue as far as Jim is concerned is the arbitrary reclassification of herbs by the HPB from that of food to that of drugs.  To the mind of an HPB bureaucratic  Brownshirt who's been lobbied into submission by the giant pharmaceutical companies, a herb is a herb until you put a label on it saying that it will benefit you in some way.  As soon as you say that then through some strange, unexplainable and convoluted logic the herb suddenly becomes a drug and requires a drug identification number (DIN).

In our times this noxious entity, known to the world as Political Zionism, has gained a firm a grip over Germany and some of the other European Union ‘nations’ and is persistently working on doing likewise in every sovereign country of the world. It is the hybrid, bastard child of the Illuminati of Adam Weishaupt that through surreptious design, aided and abetted and ultimately controlled by the international financial cartel of the Rothschilds eventually manifested on the world’s stage in 1897 as the twin-headed serpent Zionism. Since its outward appearance in Basle, Switzerland it has coiled itself around Western nations over the past century via its Marxist/Communist/Socialist network and its absolute control of the ‘mainstream’ media.

As all dark entities do, it works its wonders behind the scenes and images that fill the eye of its ghastly head – the device known as the “television”. Subterfuge, deception, blackmail and murder compose its modus operandi and these treasonous principles of destruction now permeate all “international” levels of governance to the point where no one who might have offended the Beast is safe any longer to travel freely around the world.

Such is the case with the Adelaide Institute’s Fredrick Toben, now held hostage by British authorities hiding behind this fraudulent Zionist/Cheka-like legislation euphemistically labeled the “European Arrest Warrant”; a phoney piece of Zionist legislation brought to the surface of this putrid pond of mind-control legislation now emerged out of the 9/11 false flag event of 2001. It’s but one of many collateral criminal acts spawned in order to apprehend, jail and silence anyone who dares to expose the pathological practises of these power-crazed maniacs who are doing their damnedest to censor public debate of essential issues and fulfill their agenda of turning the world into one global gulag for all but the Zionist perpetrators of this gargantuan hoax of hoaxes.

Also bear in mind that one of the key phrases employed by the Zionists is the term “Holocaust Denier”. Along with others like “anti-Semite”, “neo-Nazi”, “Jew-hater”, etc., it is designed to give a picture of someone who actually believes that no Jews died in the work camps of WW2. This is a blatant lie of course for no one who challenges the figures or the myth of the “gas chambers” has ever denied that a portion of Jews died in the camps. The Zionists would have the world believe that to question is to deny. That is pure mind-control propaganda and readers must be cognizant of this fact in reading any and all accusations by the Zionist-controlled media that someone is a “holocaust denier”.

It might also be good to bear in mind that it was these same Zionist/Bolshevik/Communists who, in the early 1920’s, after successfully murdering the Czar of Russia and his whole family, then did a massive disappearing act on approximately 15 million Russian peasants (most Christians) and sent them to the Gulag Archipelago to sink into silence and oblivion.

The world ought to be outraged to the max over Toben’s arrest. If the Zionists who have perpetrated this crime are successful in jailing Mr. Toben again it will be the final signal to the world that these scumbag traitors to freedom and democracy are not only totally out of control but are winning the battle to enslave the world to their despicable agenda.

We must all do what we can to raise our voices in global protest against this mendacious move on the part of “Germany” to set a precedent that will legitimate these heinous Zionist actions. Do something. Anything.

Extradition bid raises fears of ‘thought crime’ offences

Crown Prosecution Service lawyers will put the case on behalf of the German authorities tomorrow that Fredrick Toben, an Australian doctor, should be extradited for offences allegedly committed in Germany.

The case is the latest example of the global reach of criminal laws – and of their impact between one European country and another.

The extradition request is being made under the European Arrest Warrant, a fast-track procedure to allow criminal suspects to be sent between European states.
