Preface: Recently an associate, still struggling with the bigger picture of what “Israel” and political Zionism actually represent, sent me an article by an American writer, Howard Galganov. Her motive in doing so was to try and weaken my resolve on the issue of political Zionism and Palestine and persuade me to see the current state of Israel’s policies from her and Howard’s flawed and premature perspective. After reading Howard’s “in your face” piece of blustering Zionist propaganda I decided to respond to its contents. What you see in the article below therefore is a line by line deconstruction of Galganov’s pro-Zionist, pro-”Israel” editorial. Throughout the essay I surround the word “Israel” with double quotes to indicate that I do not recognize this false state as a viable and legitimate member of the world’s nations.

I AM ISRAEL

To all those who worry most about Obama’s quest to “deal” with Israel, Obama is not to be as feared as many dread, simply because Obama is not Israel.

LDH (Lame Duck Howard): “I was RE-BORN after an exile of 2,000 years, because I am Israel.”

Howard, you’re dead wrong in titling your editorial “I AM ISRAEL“.  You definitely ain’t Israel. What you are is just another lame duck Zionist hack attempting to bamboozle the gullible goi with deliberate, confusing subterfuges and insufferable obfuscations all designed to thwart a clear understanding of the true nature of the Beast that you and your ilk perceive as the new Jewish Messiah. I will outline these accusations for you in my critique below. In doing so it’s hoped that readers will see through the deceptive rhetoric and the real purpose for your pathetic attempt to conceal the facts about “Israel”.

You start off (in stereotypical Zionist form) with a massive lie then follow through with more of the same intensity and end on a similar note giving your readers nothing beyond a short cacophonous symphony of contemptible lies that culminates in a crescendo of cunning, annoying noise all designed to further the illusion that the premise of your present existence is valid and true.

I don’t disagree with you saying that you were “re-born”; most, if not all of us, were re-born. Some are re-born on a daily basis even. The fact that we were born even once is just as miraculous as being born twice and so as we near the grand finale in this round of the cosmic dance many of us have returned to bear witness to these times and learn from the coming revelation and the imminent demise of Zionism.

In your case though Howard I think you may have emerged again from the Great Mystery, not because you are “Israel” and can therefore legitimately lay claim such a title but likely to learn a harsh lesson that you refused to heed in your past incarnations. You aren’t the true Israel because the entity that you’re now attempting to pawn off to the public as the real thing is, in truth, but a vile and deceptive shadow of the real thing; a by-product of the finite minds of those Pharasaic Talmudic rabbis of old who first conjured up the sacrilegious concept of man as the center and seed of all Creation.

I will grant you the fact though (based upon your conceit and your cocksureness and level of maturity), that you may have been suspended in some Talmudic bardo plane hell for the past two thousand years, frozen in time like some forlorn Vonnegut character. Your attitude is strikingly similar in many respects to those ancient Pharisaic sorcerers of Old Testament days.

LDH: “I rose from the ashes of Hell on Earth we call the Holocaust, because I am Israel.”

I don’t think so Howard. Your current state of consciousness rose from the ashes of Hell period. You’re a product of the Babylonian Talmud; an after-effect of centuries of rabbinical mind-fucking, sophistry and perfidy. Your treachery knows no bounds and your principles (if one might call them such), forged as they were in the molten crucible of these wayward wizards of deceit give you a false sense of superiority. The exhibition on the world stage of your “Holocaust” circus show is proof positive of this fact.

You fail the test Howard (once again). You don’t apparently see the Machiavellian links between the Rothschilds, the Illuminati, the World Zionist Organization of Hertzl, B’nai Brith International, the Arab domains of Palestine, the Belfour Declaration, World Wars I and II and the end result – that Frankenstein of the Middle East you call “Israel.”

It’s not because you are some actual DNA remnant of those hoary tribal misfits from Judah who were booted forth from the Middle East because of their lying, destructive, murderous and tyrannical ways that you now believe you are “Israel.” Nope. Far from it. It’s because you’re a flawed piece of Talmudic machinery, likely raised up in the rabbinical traditions of your equally flawed forefathers, that you and your calculating cohorts churn out this daily deceptive junk product of Zionist propaganda in addition to the already abundant overload of lies that permeate your Jewish International Media Monopoly (aka JIMM).

LDH: “I clung to the earth of my promised land with flesh-torn-hands to reclaim what for thousands of years was always mine, because I am Israel.”

Alas, Howard, you’re wrong again. You clung to a false belief; a lie, branded into that “re-born” soul of yours by Zionist Talmudic inculcators, that somehow you are the rightful owner of that tiny piece of cosmic real estate known as Palestine, when, in fact, it was your Rothschild-inspired terrorist Urgun “elders” who, via stealth, collusion, blackmail and cold-blooded murder, stole the once good earth from the true and original inhabitants of that sandy section of somewhere you now attempt to convince others is rightfully yours.

It’s true that your hands and the hands of all Zionists are bloody Howard but the flesh that was torn away to release the metaphoric blood now dripping profusely from your claw-like keyboard consciousness, was the collective flesh of the Arab people, who, from the onset of the Rothschild quest to conquer the world, have become your sacrificial host.

LDH: “I opened my Jewish doors to Christians, Muslims and all others who yearned to live in religious FREEDOM, because I am Israel.”

Again, Howard, no cigar. The doors that you opened were doors illegally taken by force and terror from the original inhabitants of the good earth that your recent forefathers acquired by violence and sadistic torture in 1948.

The Babylonian Talmud, the ultimate reference point in this dimension for your professed “Jewish” philanthropy, doesn’t open doors for any of the goyim (cattle) religions. Quite the contrary. Your Talmudic traditions are anathema to any religious freedom for anyone who isn’t designated by the rabbis to be a “Jew.”

Have you studied your own “religious” works Howard? Are you aware of the venom and the hatred and the barbaric, mendacious attitudes toward others that infest your Talmudic teachings?

No, Howard, your “Israel” doesn’t open doors for anyone who isn’t a member of your tribal troupe of misguided malcontents. You slam doors in the face of those who try to encourage you to see the good in humanity as a whole; you lock and barricade the doors and hide away the keys that hold the Christians and Muslims captive to your demented, psychopathic ideology known as Zionism; you attack and murder and corner and brutalize and rape Christians and Muslims all the while professing some sort of sordid “religious” kinship with your victims that you spew forth via JIMM and your bought and paid for pulpit preachin’ pranksters like Jim Hagee, et al.

No, Howard! You fail the acid test for both honesty and integrity in making such serpentine statements. Your “Israel” will never bring “FREEDOM” of any sort to anyone, least of all the Jews. It’s not designed to. It’s a vehicle for creating disease, death, misery and slavery of every type for every person and every nation that doesn’t bow down in obeisance and kiss the hairy ass of the Rothschild criminal cartel now animating JIMM, US foreign and domestic policies, and similar national government policies throughout the world.

What you call “freedom” Howie is but a license for your “Israel” to commit the grossest crimes known to mankind and then twist them, via JIMM, into convoluted cords of contemptible and contiguous lies all the better to bind and deceive the minds of the unwary and innocent.

LDH: “I ask for nothing other than to be allowed to live in peace and security, so that my children can also grow and prosper under the Sun and Stars like all others, because I am Israel.”

Oi veh Howard! Such chutzpah! Such claptrap! Such Talmudic double-think! Statements such as this only confirm the fact that you regard all non-Zionists as a bunch of deluded shmucks.

Your feigned sentiments of “living in peace and security” are reminiscent of another of your Zionist ilk, Nahum Sokolow, author of History of Zionism: 1600 – 1918. In his Introduction to the 2-volume set, published in 1919, he voices similar flourishes of deceptive rhetoric while stating:

“Let humanity do for Palestine only a small part of what has been done so liberally for the most exotic colony – nay, less than that, because Zionists ask for no material support [U.S. taxpayers exempted of course], and for no embarrassing responsibility [like obeying international law and UN resolutions for example]. They ask only for sympathetic consideration and help, for recognition and protection. And let humanity be sure of the loyalty of a people which, although, sorely tried, has never grown cold in its affections, a people which by its resurrection will become again what it was in very ancient times, not a military power but a spiritual and peaceful power. Then the time will come when this people’s gratitude will recognize its indebtedness to the world for the co-operation which will assist its great and just cause.” [bold and brackets are mine. A.T.]

Because you think you are “Israel” Howard you feel that you can lie through your cyber teeth to everyone about all the shit that’s come down over the past century and more due to endless Zionist deception and terror and that the stupid goi will swallow whatever swill you and JIMM feed them. Well, this harbinger is here to tell you that the game’s up Howard. As Bob so succinctly said, “the times they are a’ changin.” Big time. Thanks to the Internet and its anarchist model of no centralized control, your dirty, stinking, blood-soaked laundry is now being hung out on the cyber line to air and the neighbours, to put it mildly, are not impressed with the foul stench that your “Israel” undergarments are emitting.

LDH: “I stand with but a few friends, who stand by me in a hostile world with whom I will stand forever, because I am Israel.”

Forever is a long, long time Howard and I doubt that for all your lavish display of lies that your “Israel” will withstand the test of time. Only that which is truthful and valid and honest and real and loving and nurturing has such resilience and longevity.

The world is “hostile” Howie because your “Israel” has made it so and your “few friends” are likely to become fewer yet as the months and years pass by and the nefariousness of your dastardly deeds, as witnessed by the world in the two most recent ones – the Rothschild’s British Petroleum poisoning of the world’s oceans via the Gulf of Mexico and the slaughter of innocents on the Gaza relief flotilla – come more and more to light.

LDH: “But I also know that in the end, I will be standing alone, because I’ve always stood alone, because I am Israel.”

No Howard you’ll end up standing alone because you’re basically a fragile, sick, dislocated and twisted mind suffering from delusion of grandeur and a self-imposed persecution complex brought on by centuries of  rabbinical brainwashing conjoined with the attendant restrictions of living within a rigid set of ghetto consciousness guidelines forged within your tortured soul by the precepts contained within the Babylonian Talmud.

You and your “Israel” have been fucking up in every nation that you’ve wormed your way into since Christ was a corporal and then using the “poor us, the self-chosen, the misunderstood and the persecuted” ruse all these centuries because you inevitably always get caught trying to undermine and destroy whatever host country you deceitfully inhabit. In other words Howard you stand alone because you behave like the proverbial asshole bigot to the rest of the world and you just can’t seem to get it through your thick head what everyone else inevitably is forced to conclude regarding your modus operandi.

LDH: “I live by the tenets of thousands of years of Biblical Covenant to do what is right, regardless of the cost and risk, not just because of the word of God, but more so because without a moral compass there is no direction, because I am Israel.”

Again Howard, pure balderdash and lies compounded with an all too liberal sprinkling of conceit. The so-called original “Covenant” wasn’t for a gang of thieves, terrorists, rapists, murderers and usurers such as are those who profess to be “Israel” today. If you truly think that you’ve been given some “god-given” right as “Israel” to hold the world hostage and mutilate and torture and pillage and extort the planet and its non-Jewish population, then I’m afraid that you’ll have a few more incarnations to go before the Light of truth finally dawns for you.

If you were truly a member of the original 12 tribes that comprised what, in the Bible, is called the true Israel then you would be obeying the one God and also the teachings of His Son, Jesus Christ, who taught LOVE AND PEACE AND BROTHERHOOD AND SISTERHOOD FOR ALL PEOPLE (not just the blatant, selfish aberrations of the self-chosen Ashkenazi hybrid “Jews” that you are attempting to hood-wink people into falling for).

As a purveyor of lies and deception for your “Israel” do you actually think you’re doing what is “right, regardless of the cost and risk”? At whose cost? At whose risk? Certainly not yours Howard.

Do you also believe that your “Israel” is setting a precedent for the world as THEE moral standard? My God man! give the rest of us a much needed break from your moralizing mania. Any GPS unit on the market today would clearly indicate that “Israel” is hopelessly lost and wandering about in a mentally and spiritually frenetic wasteland of its own making in search of its lost sense of self. Further denial of this fact may prove fatal for not only your lost tribe of psychopaths and its attendant sycophants but also for the world as a whole.

Is this your idea of joke Howard? Is this your concept of what constitutes “Israel’s” notion of “moral”?

LDH: “I pray every night to be accepted by those who wish me ill, even though I know my prayers will go unanswered, because I am Israel.”

Spare us the feigned, sanctimonious sniveling Howard. You damn well know deep down inside why your prayers to your god of war and deception go unanswered. It’s because you are worshiping at the foot of Mammon and Moloch the Destroyer; demons from the depths of the very Hell you now try to associate with your weasel tales concerning the supposed Jewish “6 Million Holocaust.”

Your self-chosen “god” is not the God of true Christians and Muslims; the one God of love and peace and true freedom. No Howard, your prays are being sent to the Devil himself whose earthly residence is the synagogue of Satan, deceiver of all who have turned their eyes from that which is good and pure and innocent and loving.

LDH: “I’ve begged to be accepted. I’ve surrendered territory won in bloody battles to be accepted. To be accepted, I’ve forcibly removed my own people from their homes as they cried with despair, because I am Israel.”

Good God man, is there no shame within you at all? Do you spout off this sort of rubbish on a regular basis? Do you actually believe yourself?

Begged? Surrendered? Forcible removed your own people? From what? The very lands that you stole from the Arab people of Palestine through clandestine and macabre blood sacrifices and torture and terrorism?

And why did you remove your fellow “Israelis” Howard? Not because you were returning those stolen lands to their rightful owners but because your Zionist plotters were planning on turning those vacated areas into pits of Hell and prisons where you could then sit back on your concrete ramparts and harass and shoot and bomb and burn and starve the inmates to death in a slow and definite process resembling, for once, a holocaust that truly is real?

Statements such as these Howard are the reason why, after reading them through, I quickly came to the logical conclusion that you must either be delusional or else at some point in your short life you got a good kick in the head from that horse you’re parading about on your website and you just don’t know any better. Either way, only a lame duck Zionist would have the bloody nerve to make such asinine statements as these.

LDH: “I rush to give aid in times of need during a Tsunami or a massive Earthquake, even to those who wish I did not exist, or wouldn’t lift a finger to help me in my hour of need, because I am Israel.”

Spare us Howard. A lame duck with crocodile tears dribbling down his face is too much of a mixed metaphor even for me.

LDH: “I warn the families of those who are trying to murder my family, when and where we will attack, so as not to harm those who are not directly engaged in our destruction, because I am Israel.”

Yes Howard I can see from the examples above that your Zionist killing machine goes to great lengths to ensure that the innocents are duly warned.

These and countless examples now on the books and on the web which refute this sort of psychosis Howard are too plentiful to argue or dispute. You’d be much better off if you just stated, “I warn the world that anyone who stands in the way of ‘Israel’s’ agenda for global hegemony and the creation of a New World Order totalitarian government will be murdered.” That’s the reality of “Israel” both today and since its inception so why make bones about it?

LDH: “I share with the world magnificent technologies, medical discoveries, and ways to feed those who without my help could not feed themselves, because I am Israel.”

Ugh! More self-serving praise from the self-chosen “saviors” of the world Howard?

Are you referring here to Oppenheimer’s creation of the atomic bomb that your Zionist Jew “advisers” had Truman drop on a defenseless population of sleeping Japanese citizens? Or possibly you’re thinking of all the Depleted Uranium that you’re  poisoning and mutating the planet with so you can gain more control of the world’s resources? Then again could it be the AIDS virus that you sent to Africa to help out with population control? No? Oh, I know, I’ll bet it’s all those lovely GMO seeds that you and Monsanto and Bill Gates are involved with so that the world will be guaranteed a good, wholesome, secure supply of fresh, healthy organic food crops, right? Na, I guess you’re just thinking about Gaza and its starving population of useless cockroaches, eh?

Yes, indeed Howard, without your help we’d all be in deep doggy do do wouldn’t we?

LDH: “BUT I AM NOT JUST A PLACE:

I am not just defined as a piece of barren unproductive geography brought to life by the dreams and resilience of a people who reach far beyond their grasp.”

This schpeel Howard is the same pile of horse feathers (or hogwash, depending which term one prefers) you’ve been ranting about from the moment you opened your bill confirming again that you’re just another lame duck Zionist peddling myths in order to justify the unjustifiable.

You stole the lands of Palestine from millions of its inhabitants through subterfuge and barbaric, terrorist tactics and yet you still have the audacity to claim that these stolen lands were “a piece of barren unproductive geography brought to life by the dreams and resilience of a people who reach far beyond their grasp.” Are you for real Howard the Lame Duck Zionist or are you simply another figment of George Lucas’s imagination? Can’t you see the obvious discrepancy in what you just wrote? Millions of Palestinian Arabs living on a piece of “barren, unproductive geography”? Really now. And just how did they manage that act for the past few thousand of years Daffy… I mean Howard? Was it manna from Heaven that fed them all that time?

It appears you’ve been reading too much of Joseph Farah’s writings on his Zionist site WorldNetDaily. Thanks to the Rev. Ted Pike, in a recent article on this very issue he had the following remarks and factual information to offer that counters all your sly, quacking lies.

For example, the Encyclopedia of the Palestine Problem explains Israel’s strategy:

“In order to create an alleged justification for the crime of genocide they have committed against the Palestinian Arabs, the Zionists have tried to convince the world that Palestine was practically uninhabited, ‘A Land Without People For a People Without a Land.’ They created and propagated the myths that the Palestinian Arabs were nomads or semi-nomads without a culture and a civilization, that the Palestinians had neither a national identity nor existence, that the Palestinians lacked an economic structure and roots in the land.”

Numerous pre-20th century accounts, recounted in the Encyclopedia of the Palestine Problem, describe it as a veritable cornucopia of every kind of agricultural produce, with excess exported by the Palestinians even to the nations of Europe.

The Encyclopedia confirms that before 1948,

“these Arab towns and villages were not merely place names on a map. They were developed communities containing farms, factories, stores and schools, with an infrastructure of doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers, merchants, mechanics, industrialists, workers, and farmers which would be the envy of any developing country today…Before 1948 they resided in 12 cities, 8 major towns, and 830 small towns and villages. Arab homes in the cities were either luxurious stone villas with beautiful gardens, or apartments with 2-5 bedrooms. These residences were well-furnished with modern furniture and household goods. No Arab home of the middle and upper classes contained less than eight valuable Persian carpets. All these homes and their furnishings were usurped by Israel.”

Pike goes on to say, “After 1948, Israel took over 12 cities and large towns and 526 small towns and villages. They bulldozed the towns and villages, building new towns with Jewish names.

The Encyclopedia extensively documents from British records that, far from Palestinians depending on Jewish prosperity, the Zionists were permeated with Marxist/collectivist values, resulting in eventual failure of the “kibbutz” experiment. Fairly new to Mideast agriculture, they were largely inefficient, dependent upon regular massive infusion of Western Jewish capital. Despite a general Israeli policy of boycott of Palestinian goods and services, the Palestinians, with a rapidly growing population in 1948 of 1,444,274, were both politically, socially, and economically racing toward UN-sponsored nationhood in 1948.”

Not exactly a chunk of “barren geography” Howard by any stretch of the imagination.

LDH: “ISRAEL IS AN IDEAL:

All of us who reach beyond our grasp, who live by a moral code that cannot be shaken, who wake every day in the hopes of waking to a better world are Israel.

All of us who stand against evil while defending the essence of truth, justice and FREEDOM are Israel.”

In your case Howard you’re living proof of someone who has definitely reached beyond his grasp. The semantic straws that you’re attempting to muster up and clutch at here in this ignorant argument of yours, proffered in order to justify the brutal robbery and murder and dislocation of a whole people are pathetically vacuous and non-existent.  If shame was a word that existed in your vocabulary here is a place where it would fittingly apply.

Your “ISRAEL” isn’t an ideal Harold; it’s a LIVING NIGHTMARE! one shared by all the countless victims of Zionism’s horror show around the world and over the past centuries. Your Mossadic inversion of the truth as in the statement, “All of us who stand against evil while defending the essence of truth, justice and FREEDOM are Israel” is pure, unblemished, transparent Orwellian double-speak. Nice try Bubba but in terms of ethical conduct you still come out a loser.

You Zionists, in true deceptive fashion, took a name that was not rightfully yours, just as you took a country that was not rightfully yours, then twisted it into some sort of hideous Talmudic caricature and called it “Israel,” all in order to further your heinous and evil agenda.

LDH: “Christians who care about their soul are no less Israel. Jewish believers and non-believers who do right by mankind are Israel. And people who believe only in the heart of mankind to do the right thing are also Israel.”

Christians, Howard, who are truly concerned about their souls would be heeding the words of their teacher, Jesus Christ, who recognized the inherent evil in the Pharasiac rabbis of his day and warned His followers to be vigilant of their deceitful and treacherous ways. He knew then, two thousand years ago, full well what your game is and clearly stated it when he said, “I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are of the synagogue of Satan.” His ‘Woe to the Scribes and Pharisees” found in Matthew 23 is a summation of all that I and numerous others are saying today about your hypocritical, deceitful Zionist ways.

He compared your ilk to whited sepulchres that, on the outside, shone resplendent yet within were full of dead men’s’ bones and all sorts of uncleanliness.

He correctly stated that you’re the offspring of those who killed the prophets.

He was bang on the money when he said that you loved to appear outwardly as righteous to the world but that within you were full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

Probably His most poignant and scathing criticism of you was when he said, “Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can you escape the damnation of hell?”

Is it any wonder then Howard you sense somehow that you rose from the some nether-world? How typical of you, in all your unabashed hubris, to equate it with the lie of Auschwitz rather than the hell of the Babylonian Talmud from whence your tormented soul gained access to the third dimension.

Jesus Christ also forewarned the world that you Pharasaic usurpers would eventually shape-shift into the present-day Zionists then try to blow your satanic, deceptive smoke into the ears of the apathetic and complacent Christians who, for a variety of reasons, had grown lax and sloppy in their reading and understanding of the words of Him who they professed to be followers of. As He said, “For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”

With the Torah Jews I find little fault Howard for they see the evil of your ways too and do their best to expose your lies.

As for the atheists their reward is their loneliness and their existential suffering.

When you speak of the “heart of mankind” know that the world is now witnessing as your beloved “Israel” continually plunges its knife into the heart of the Palestinian people of Gaza and the West Bank and deceitfully attempts to use its media monopoly to give it another name.

LDH: “People who will not bend a knee or surrender to those who cast upon them terrible aspersions, lies and hatred are Israel.”

Continual calumny and vituperation directed toward the truth-seekers who are now exposing your evil agenda Howard are a sure guarantee of a lack of cigars for you in the days ahead. Given the growing volume of critique surrounding your shady ways you best stock up on them as soon as possible.

LDH: “Those of us willing to share our good fortune with others, not through coercion, but through compassion are Israel.”

There goes another cigar Howard. The truth is: Those who will defend those who cannot defend themselves, i.e. the Palestinian people, et al, are the peacemakers, activists, freedom lovers and truth-seekers around the world who now know what your agenda is and are doing something to prevent it from happening. You know, like those nine people trying to bring food and medical supplies to Gaza that your Zio-commandos murdered in cold blood on the freedom flotilla. You do recall that don’t you?

LDH: “And all those who stand and fight against all who wish to force themselves upon humanity to take what is not theirs are Israel.”

Lordy, lordy but you do have a way with words Howard! Suave as a Tik Tak and flagrant as a plastic rose. It’s unfortunate that in this instance you forgot to put the “not” between “are” and “Israel”.

Most readers by now are aware of the motto of the Israeli Unintelligence Agency. It goes, “By Way of Deception Thou Shalt do War.” This sentence of yours could have been taken directly from their manual of deception. Collusion via inversion of truth. Who woulda though, eh?

LDH: “Israel can never be defeated without first defeating decency in humanity, because in the final truth, those of us who really care about doing what is right are Israel. Even to the last person.

Because of the ideals of Israel, and as long as one decent person who is willing to stand-up and be counted continues to take breath, Israel will survive to the end of time.”

That’s it Howard. You’re a dead duck! You had one cigar left in the box and you just blew it! Your false Messiah, call it “Israel” or “Zionism” or some other deceptive Utopian title you choose, WILL BE DEFEATED. It’s a foregone conclusion, as certain as day follows night. Evil never triumphs in the end and, surprise, surprise, the end for your gargantuan, global deception is now nigh.

Federal NDP Leader Jack Layton, in making his monumentally ignorant comments about how the NDP would never “ever deny that Israel not only has a right to exist but a right to exist in secure borders in a safe context,” has exhibited his own vastly uniformed knowledge of how Israel actually is constituted and operates. He speaks about “secure borders” in total ignorance of the fact that Israel has no defined borders and never did (Israel is Rothschild is Zionism and their objective is a world without borders for the simple reason that they will control it all). He also speaks as if Israel has a defined and written constitution (which it doesn’t) and assumes that their ongoing “right” to steal land from the Arabs and call it their own is somehow clearly understood and beyond dispute. For a federal leader of one of Canada’s three major political parties to be so misinformed and outrightly stupid is a poignant illustration of just how deep and widespread this fable of Israel truly is.

Calls for NDP MP to resign after Israel comments

Prime Minister Stephen Harper called on NDP MP Libby Davies to resign as her party’s deputy leader after she suggested Israel has been occupying territory since the country came into existence.

“Mr. Speaker, this is a fundamental denial of Israel’s right to exist,” Harper said in the House of Commons on Tuesday. “It repeats the kind of comments that were made by Helen Thomas on which she was forced to resign and the member of the NDP who said those should be forced to resign as well.”

Thomas was the veteran White House correspondent who resigned after saying Jews in Israel should “get the hell out of Palestine” and “go back to Poland, Germany, America and everywhere else.”

Liberal foreign affairs critic Bob Rae also denounced Davies’ comments.

“To deny the state of Israel’s right to exist and to propose an international campaign of boycotts, divestments and sanctions against a legitimate member of the world community for over 60 years is to reveal a  level of hostility and ignorance that is truly breathtaking,” Rae said in a written statement.

In a media scrum later, Rae argued that Davies’ comments were not simply a slip of the tongue and called for her to step down as deputy leader.

Earlier this month, Davies was interviewed at a rally in Vancouver and asked if she believes the occupation in Israel began in 1948 or 1967. After hesitating, she answered:

“Forty-eight. I mean, it’s the longest occupation in the world. But I mean, I’m not going to argue numbers. It’s too long, right?” She went on to say, “I mean, this is the longest occupation in the world. People  are suffering. I’ve been to the West Bank in Gaza twice so I’ve seen for myself what’s going on.”

The state of Israel was established in 1948.

In the video, Davies is also asked if she supports the international campaign of boycotts, divestments and sanctions against Israel (known as the BDS movement).

“I haven’t even actually gone that far. You gotta understand, I’m probably the strongest supporter in Parliament. There is virtually no information in the political arena or understanding about the BDS movement. People are actually afraid to speak out on this issue.… Elected people who are sympathetic are actually afraid to speak out,” Davies answers.

Later in the video, Davies says she personally supports the BDS movement, adding, however, that she’s not “someone who’s there” but is instead a Canadian politician demanding the Canadian government speak out more on the issues.

The interview was posted on YouTube.

Since her comments were made public, Davies has posted on her website a letter she sent to the editor of The Ottawa Citizen.

“My reference to the year 1948 as the beginning of the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory was a serious and completely inadvertent error,” she wrote. “I apologize for this and regret any confusion it has caused. I have always supported a two-state solution to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict and have never questioned Israel’s right to exist and the Palestinians’ right to a viable state.”

NDP Leader Jack Layton defended Davies Tuesday.

“Libby Davies has apologized and did so immediately around the serious mistake about a date. She has never and our party has never, nor would we ever deny that Israel not only has a right to exist but a right to exist in secure borders in a safe context,” he said.

Layton added that the party does not support the BDS proposal.

Dear Hon. Doug Finley,

Warm spring greetings to you from central B.C.

I’m sure that by now your inbox is overflowing like the psalmist’s proverbial cup with congratulatory messages from around the country and most likely around the world as a result of your courageous and patriotic message on freedom of speech given to fellow senators on March 25, 2010.

Please allow me, as yet another proud Canadian who truly understands the value of our historic right to this most cherished of freedoms, to add to the bounteous expressions of praise and gratitude that you so well deserve.

It is always a welcome occurrence to hear someone in your position speak out for rights that so many of our fellow Canadians gave their lives for in order to ensure that future generations might benefit from their ultimate sacrifice. And to have those concerns embellished with the thoughts of great persons throughout history who were able to phrase such cogent sentiments – people like Benjamin Franklin, Voltaire, Orwell and the great Milton not to mention our own exemplars, Liberal Prime Minister Wilfred Laurier and Joseph Howe – only added an additional depth of perspicacity to what I felt was a most prescient and important speech.

I would also like to thank you for speaking out on the deplorable situation that arose here in Canada as a result of the scheduled visit to our country by the American political commentator Ann Coulter. That example, among many other recent cases, certainly brought to the forefront the dangerous trend we’ve seen occurring in our nation with respect to this present danger to our fundamental right to freedom of speech.

As you rightfully stated in regard to this incident, “Too many Canadians, especially those in positions of authority, have replaced the real human right of freedom of speech with a counterfeit human right not to be offended.” Those were true words indeed and most applicable to our times.

As well, your remarks with respect to offensive opinions versus deliberate acts wherein someone counsels violence are extremely relevant to what is taking place within the context of the Human Rights commissions and their attendant Tribunals where truth no longer is considered valid and the sensibilities of particular individuals or groups have begun to trump what once were clearly defined laws as contained in Canada’s 1960 Bill of Rights and our more recent section 2 of the 1982 Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

In essence Mr. Finley you’ve encapsulated in a somewhat terse speech the growing anxiety felt among many Canadians today who sense that their legal rights are being sidelined and subverted by special interest groups and individuals who have taken it upon themselves to exploit what in retrospect appears to have been misguided and hastily conceived legislation such as that contained in sec. 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act; legislation enacted during a period of intense fear and terror brought on by the tragic events of 911. It is precisely this piece of pithy legislation that the Canadian Human Rights Commission is now using to destroy the very traditions that you’ve so succinctly outlined in your speech to the senate.

I thought it was most apropos Mr. Finley that you brought up the case of the young newspaper publisher Joseph Howe in Nova Scotia who was charged with seditious libel for having exposed some Halifax politicians. This naturally leads to my final comments respecting the nature and intent of your speech and its applicability to my own situation.

Like Joseph Howe, I too am a former newspaper publisher and currently, in the new times of the Internet, an online publisher and also like Joseph Howe I too have been charged with a crime although, unfortunately for me, it wasn’t seditious libel, as serious as that charge may be. Had it been I would have been given the opportunity to defend myself within an actual court of law where today, as opposed to Howe’s day, the norm is that truth is a defence. But, as fate would have it, I was charged under sec. 13(1) of the CHR Act back in November of 2007 with what amounts to a thought crime and to date my struggle to fend off this attack against my good name and my sole proprietorship, RadicalPress.com is still wending its way through the quasi-judicial process that you have clearly identified as having “egregiously violated freedom of speech without any shame.”

My case, currently identified within the files of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal as Harry Abrams and The League For Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada v. Arthur Topham and RadicalPress.com, File Number: T1360/9008, like 99% of all similar sec. 13(1) cases, is being fought solely by myself due to the reality that I could not afford to hire a competent lawyer and therefore was forced to act in a pro se capacity.

After more than two years of litigation and constant stress and the inability to work in a regular fashion the toll taken upon my business and my person and my family has been unduly harsh and to date there is no end in sight unless this vexatious and undemocratic legislation is removed from the statutes and those who have misused it are held accountable.

I would kindly remind you that in your call for an inquiry into the erosion of freedom of speech here in Canada you requested five things, the third one being: “to show moral support for those who are battling censors.” That call Mr. Finley, rings loud and clear right across this great nation and finds a resonant place directly within the mind and heart of the author of this letter to you. At no greater time could such a welcome show of support appear than during this dark hour of oppression that has plagued my name, my business, my family and my sacred and sacrosanct rights held under Canada’s beleaguered Constitution.

I ask this support not only for myself but for all those who have had their names and reputations and livelihood tarnished and threatened by these egregious and unjust laws and remain,

[Editor’s Note: The following record and analysis of the recent Iraq elections is taken from Layla Anwar’s blog called, An Arab Woman Blues. All I have done is reversed the order of the entries so that the reader can follow the chronological sequence of events without having to read backwards and guess at what Layla wrote in her previous entries.

For most western readers, even those who have already figured out the Zionist media and their endless deception, it is still a major problem for them to discern what is actually occurring in Iraq. I ran into this problem with regard to the Palestine/Israel situation and for many, many years just simply turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to what was going on there because intuitively I knew that all the bullshit in the press was NOT what was actually taking place and without any contrary information (there was contrary information but I had no knowledge of or access to it) I simply shunned trying to figure out what was going on.

This is why I feel that Layla’s longstanding coverage of the results of the 2003 invasion of her country is so vital to the ongoing Iraq dialectic; one that is much more complex and difficult to understand than even that of the surreptitious, supremacist state of Israel. Actually, the cyber underwear of the demon “Israel” have long since dropped, exposing to the world at last the appallingly ugly and disgusting image of a calculated, circumscribed lie that Internet readers now are able to view in all its naked wonderment!

One is tempted to even question whether or not the preoccupation (no pun intended), to the degree that it is emphasized in the leftist literature of today regarding Palestine is deliberate* and premised on creating within the western world a convenient psychic smoke-screen that blocks readers from attempting any serious investigation into or discussion of what is and has been occurring in Iraq since the Zionist/US invasion of March 21, 2003. This would coincide well with Layla’s assessment of the whole Iran v. Israel/USA scenario as well.

I sometimes fear that Layla’s blog is a Vox Clamantis in Deserto so to speak yet it appears to me to be one of the very few glimmers of light and truth and compassion emanating forth from the hellish remnant of what was once the cradle of Western civilization. The story covered an “appeal” given to the Quesnel Chamber of Commerce by Taseko Mines Limited vice president Brian Battison concerning Taseko’s controversial “Prosperity” copper-gold mine slated for development in what is known as Tsilhqot’in Traditional territory, aka the Chilcotin area of B.C. located south west of Williams Lake, B.C.

The one major monkey wrench which Taseko Mines attempts to downplay while waxing eloquent to Quesnel Chamber of Commerce members about money and jobs and progress is the blatant fact that in order to build their mine they would have to destroy a lake (Fish Lake, also known as Tetzan Biny in the native tongue), held sacred by the indigenous residents in an area of B.C. still as yet unceded to the provincial or federal governments in any title settlement.

The letter, to date, has not been published by the Observer and considering its length may not appear in full should it actually be published. As such I decided to make it an Open Letter to Taseko Mines Limited so that the general public would have online access to its contents.

Interested and concerned supporters of the Tsilhqot’in people are asked to pass it along to their friends and associates.

Re: Public support key to mine project’s success, Observer, March 18/10

Your article states that Taseko Mines Limited vice president spoke of many things but he might as well, as the Walrus in Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass, have spoke of “shoes – and ships – and sealing wax – of cabbages – and kings – And why the sea is boiling hot – and whether pigs have wings.”

All Battison’s talk of “employment” and “millions in capital investment” and “sustainability” and “relationships” sounds no different than what the Walrus stated to the Oysters prior to gobbling them up for lunch.

The “key,” unlike what Taseko is proposing, is not “public support” for a flawed project but the realization, by all the players in this deceptive deal, that the land in question is legally in the hands of the Chilcotin people and that they, and they alone in the final analysis, have the last word in whether or not a mine will manifest within their traditional, unceded territories. Anything else is subterfuge and within the same realm of fantasy as the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland.

Taseko is saying, “Essentially we’re building another Gibralter in the Cariboo,” but my response to that disingenuous statement would be: Actually, no. Due to the manner in which this process is being steam-rollered through the negotiations process what Taseko is laying the foundations for is another Oka Uprising or, an example more close to home, another Gustafsen Lake stand-off, like what we witnessed back in 1995 out of 100 Mile House when the former NDP government and the Canadian military attempted to lie to the public via the media and violently remove a small group of native Sundancers from off of their traditional territory.

For Prosperity the sacrifice of a relatively small lake, Fish Lake (Tetzan Biny in the native language), is not a big deal compared to their gargantuan plans for the future. This may seem quite normal to them seeing as they don’t live in the area or have any historic or spiritual ties to the land there, but for the people of the Tsilhqot’in Nation this small, unassuming and placid lake symbolizes the essence of all that composes their culture, history and way of life.

When Battison stated that, “some First Nation chiefs have expressed ’strong and inflexible’ positions on Prosperity. Opinions, he said, they are ‘entitled to hold,’” we come to the crux of the issue; one that Battison and others would rather not acknowledge and deal with.

When he speaks of “some” First Nations chiefs he is referring to ALL the First Nations chiefs within the surrounding, unceded territories where the proposed Prosperity mine would be located if it were to ever materialize.

Fish Lake is located deep within the Tsilhqot’in Nation’s traditional, unceded territory. As Black’s Law Dictionary clearly states, unceded means the land has never been yielded or assigned or granted by the Tsilhqot’in government to either the federal or provincial governments in any legal and binding treaty. As such it is still legally in possession by the people who have lived in the area for thousands of years.

While this is, admittedly, a rather inconvenient truth for both levels of government and for the corporation that is desperately attempting to circumvent these established facts in order to build their mine it nonetheless is the actual reality rather than what all the rhetoric coming from Taseko’s vice president Brian Battison would have the gullible public believe.

It would be a grave error on Battison’s part to think that the adamant position of all of these chief’s is merely “opinion” that they are “entitled to hold.” Far from it. Their position is backed by history, tradition and legal precedent and for all of the public relations scamming that’s occurring in the media the facts still remain: the land belongs to the Tsilhqot’in Nation and it is up to them whether they wish to allow corporate interests to destroy what they claim is a sacred lake. No outsiders have the legal or moral right to question the position taken by the chiefs. Taseko knows this. The Campbell government knows this. The Federal Conservative government knows this. And you can be bloody sure that the mainstream media also knows it yet refuses, as is their duty and responsibility to the public, to inform readers of this fact of life.

The Campbell government giving Prosperity the “go-ahead” is meaningless within the context of treaty rights and traditional ownership of the land in question.

Another fact, not mentioned, is that no outside body thus far has been able to buy off any of the chiefs and thus create the typical “divide and conquer” scenario among the local chiefs. This is a great problem for both government and Taseko as it’s normally par for the course that they manage to produce a red apple here or there to complete the signing and give-away process regardless of what the people themselves desire.

The abject failure by government, Taseko, the media and the dumbed-down public to concede the fact that the land is still owned and controlled by the Tsilhqot’in people and that they are fully within their legal rights to oppose this massive deception called “Prosperity,” will ultimately result in a clash if blindly pursued; one bound to explode into hatred and violence and potential bloodshed if these government and corporate entities don’t get a grip on the actual gravity of the situation.

The people of the Chilcotin territory are peace-loving and fair-minded but they are also extremely cognizant of the history of their people and past attempts by government to deceive them and exploit their territories. They have proven themselves to be a people strong enough and courageous enough to stand up for their land, their culture and their spiritual values. It would therefore, as I’ve already stated, be a remarkably foolish error to try and force this project upon a people who have stood in defiance of subjugation since the European settlers first set foot in their territory.

All the talk therefore about “working with” First Nations; providing “employment” and “partnerships” and “opportunities” for “training” and “advancement” is nothing but smoke and mirrors that the chiefs and the people they represent see through.

It’s time we stopped promoting all the feverish pitch for Taseko along with the selfishness and greed and lying and started respecting the wishes of our first people. That is the only true way to prosperity for everyone.

“Let your voice be heard.”

Taseko Mines Limited vice president Brian Battison appealed to Chamber of Commerce members Wednesday, first running through the company’s operations at Gibralter, then moving onto one of the most talked-about mining opportunities in the country: Prosperity, one of the largest undeveloped copper-gold deposits in Canada.

“Essentially we’re building another Gibralter in the Cariboo,” he said.

To do so, the company needs manpower – and a lot of it.

“Seven hundred construction jobs over a two-year period [to build it],” Battison said, using point-form to highlight economic benefits.

“Operating jobs, as many as 500 for 20 years, 1,200 additional indirect jobs.”

The operation also requires $800 million in capital investment and $200 million in spending every year, totaling $5 billion over the 20 plus life-span of the mine.

“All of this effort, all of this spending, all of this employment, all of this opportunity will contribute significantly to the future and sustainability of regional communities in the Cariboo-Chilcotin and the central interior,” he said.

Of course, he said, it comes at a cost.

Developing Prosperity means the draining of Fish Lake, average depth of 12-feet and home to rainbow trout.

“We wish it were otherwise,” he said.

“We searched hard for a different way, a way to retain the lake and have the mine. But there is no viable alternative.”

Because the deposit and the lake sit side-by-side.

“It is not possible to have one without the loss of the other,” he added.

However, he said, they can compensate for the loss by building a new lake and creating new fish habitat.

“The Cariboo-Chilcotin region covers an area of 80,262 kilometres or 20 million acres” Battison said.

“The area directly impacted by Prosperity totals 5,420 acres.”

Battison explained some First Nation chiefs have expressed “strong and inflexible” positions on Prosperity. Opinions, he said, they are “entitled to hold.”

“Our belief is that many First Nations people themselves hold other views, views that are more flexible, thoughts that are more progressive, ideas that look to the future with hope and optimism,” he said.

“They believe that not all change is bad.”

Battison said the company believes there exists the ability to combine the historic First Nation traditions and ancient practices with the benefits of full participation in modern society.

Recently, the provincial government gave the go-ahead to Prosperity, stating the project has no adverse environmental impacts, except that of Fish Lake.

The provincial environmental assessment certificate also outlines a number of commitments Taseko must fulfill.

These include working with First Nations, providing opportunities for employment, promoting partnerships with First Nation neighbours and providing opportunities for training and career advancement for employees.

Starting Monday the federal evaluation begins. A three-member panel is flying into Williams Lake. The process includes a 29-day review, 17 of those will be spent in First Nation communities.

“The public needs to make their views known,” Battison said.

“The key to this project’s success is community impact. The first meeting we had in the provincial process, more than 500 people attended. It had an impact.”

Because the reality of resource development today, he said is “people need to fight for it.”

Public hearings begin March 22 in Williams Lake, 10 a.m.

A Radical Interview with John Splitting the Sky, Gustafsen Lake Defender

Part One

(The Radical is most appreciative for having the opportunity to present the following interview with John Splitting the Sky Hill. As readers are about to realize Mr. Hill has led a most remarkable life; one fraught almost from the onset with challenges, dangers and responsibilities that the average person would cringe at the thought of having to endure.

For all of John’s trials though, he has emerged- tempered by the fires of life- as a leading spokesperson for native sovereignty issues and a living example of the persevering spirit of resistance that has kept the aboriginal people of this continent strong.

This interview will be covered over the next two issues of The Radical due to it’s length.

In short it’s an abbreviated odyssey, an epitomizing epic of one man’s struggle to maintain his dignity and spirit in a world where native traditional values are no longer given the respect and honour that they once knew. John Splitting the Sky Hill’s story of how he survived a brutal prison system in New York state only to end up playing a major role in the Gustafsen Lake Stand off during 1995 will surely come as a major surprise to readers who only heard the one-sided reports that came from the corporate press during that time.

It’s a riveting tale with a message as relevant today as it was almost thirty years ago. Ed.)

RAD:   John it’s now been almost 10 years since the Oka uprising occurred and 5 years since the stand-off at Gustafsen Lake just west of 100 Mile House, B.C. The  incident at Gustafsen Lake in many ways marked a turning point here in British Columbia for the manner in which our provincial government conducted itself toward native disputes. You and Wolverine, aka William Ignace or Jonesy were to play some major parts at Gusfafsen Lake. Hopefully this interview will allow Radical readers to gain a much clearer insight into what was going on behind the corporate media’s blockade of information that the general public were subjected to back then. But prior to getting into that I would like to ask you if you could talk about your own personal history and how it was that a native rights activist like yourself, originally from New York state, USA ended up running a Sundance ceremony at Gustafsen Lake.

While in Vancouver for the Under the Volcano festival in mid-August I heard

you speaking in a workshop. At that time you mentioned that you had been directly involved in the infamous Attica Uprising in New York back in 1971 and ended up being the only player in that incident that did time. Let’s begin then with some background on how it was that at the ripe old age of 19 you became involved in one of America’s most bloody uprisings of the last century.

StS:   Well, at the time of this talk I’m 48 years old and I’ll be 49 next January. I was born in Buffalo, NY. My mother is from the Mohawk Nation in Branford, Ontario and so my roots are basically here in Canada. As well my Grandmother was a Cree woman from Fort Qu’Appelle,  Saskatchewan. So like I said my roots are in Canada but my mother married my father who was from Buffalo, NY. He passed away though in 1957. He worked for U.S. Rubber and had been commissioned by the company, along with ten other men, to spray paint one of their utility tanks, these massive tanks that they had at the plant there. They had been told by the company that they didn’t need gas masks but all the eleven men ended up dying from toxic inhalation.

RAD: Oh, Christ!

StS:  And so eleven of them died and it wasn’t too long after that the child welfare department in Buffalo came and snatched up me and my sisters and put us into the foster care system.

RAD:  How old would you have been then?

StS:  Well I was 7 years old then and my sisters were like 6, 5, 4 and 3 respectively. And from that point on we were all separated into different foster homes.

I then went through a number of boarding school situations and orphanages. The boarding schools were like the residential schools here in Canada in fact the residential schools pretty much got their ideas from the boarding schools in the states.

So having gone through those schools for a number of years and resisting the kind of abusive treatment and brutality that existed within these joints I began to gain a reputation for being what you would say was an “incorrigible” person. I detail a lot of this information in my soon to be released Autobiography of  Splitting the Sky Along With My Wife Sandra Bruderer subtitled: From Attica to Gustafsen Lake.

Bush League Justice in Judge Manfred Delong’s Calgary Court

Judge Manfred Delong shut down the trial of Splitting The Sky versus George W. Bush on the second day of proceedings. The court denied STS his frequently emphasized request to have two witnesses give evidence in his defense. Those witnesses were myself and Cynthia McKinney. The trial came to an end just as Ms. McKinney arrived in Calgary from London. The US-based oil conglomerates active throughout Alberta form the core business constituency of the Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who represents a Calgary riding in Parliament.

The court accepted two documents as evidence for the defense. One is Gail Davidson’s widely disseminated legal opinion for Lawyer’s Against the War. STS and I studied this document closely in the days leading up to my friend being arrested for his arrest attempt. LAW’s legal opinion highlighted some of the evidence, statutes and treaties to brand Bush as a “credibly  accused war criminal” that should not be allowed  into Canada. Prior to Bush’s touching down in Calgary to address an audience of oil executives, Davidson’s documentation was distributed widely to officials of the Harper government and Canada’s Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

The other exhibit for the defense was my own paper that I originally presented at an invited academic venue at the University of Winnipeg. It has been published under a variety of titles on the Internet, including at Global  Research.ca, 911 Blogger.com, 9/11 Truth.org and Voltairenet in both French and English. My initial title for it is “Bush League Justice: Should George W. Bush Be Arrested in Calgary Alberta and Tried for International Crimes?”

Delong will deliver his ruling on June 7. The case for the prosecution both revealed and obscured much about the new police strategies being employed throughout North America to monitor, manage, divide and spin doctor demonstrators seeking to call attention to their political dissent. In my opinion the Crown’s chief agent of prosecution, Tracy Davis, acted more as an advocate and defender of the police rather than as a representative of the Canadian people through Her Majesty as she is required to do according the constitutional tradition of the British Commonwealth.

I first met John “Dac” Boncore, aka Splitting the Sky while covering the 11th Annual Under the Volcano festival in North Vancouver back in August of 2000.

On the Saturday prior to the main Sunday event in Cates Park Dac, as he usually goes by with friends, was giving a talk at the Brittania Community Centre on Commercial Drive in East Vancouver and I was there manning a booth and selling my alternative monthly newspaper The Radical.

Splitting the Sky’s talk centered on the events surrounding the 1995 shoot out at Gustafsen Lake. Since that time he’d spent the ensuing years doing extensive research and writing on the goverment and military involvement in the incident. As he said, “The RCMP – with the blessings of the provincial NDP’s Attorney General, and now Premier, Ujjal Dosanjh – moved in with 400 police with dog teams, airplanes, helicopters, armoured personel carriers, grenades, landmines, M16 and C7 assault rifles, hollow point bullets (prohibited by the Geneva Convention) and 50-calibre machine guns.”

They were out to kill Wolverine Ignace Jones and himself but their grandiose plot never worked out and now Dac was coming back to haunt them with their litany of lies and cover-ups all exposed in a new video he had just produced called, Above the Law - part 2.

I had not seen such a dynamic speaker/performer in years. Dac held his listeners spellbound as he retold the incidents at Gustafsen Lake with drama and precision of thought and humour. Here, I said to myself, is a man strong, proud and keenly aware of who he is and what he’s struggling for.After his talk we chatted and agreed to get in touch for an extensive interview which later appeared in a Two-part series in the October and November editions of The Radical. Those who read Dac’s interview published by The Radical Press would not be surprised in the least that this same courageous person would take it upon himself to try and make a citizen’s arrest of the notorious War Criminal George W. Bush Jr. when he came to Calgary on September 17, 2009.

Tomorrow, March 8, 2010 in a law court in Calgary, Alberta Splitting the Sky will be on trial once again, this time as STS has stated, for performing an act which Canadian government authorities should have taken responsibility for fulfilling.

In a speech given at the December 5, 2009 forum hosted by Montreal 9/11 Truth Anthony J. Hall, Professor of Globalization Studies at the University of Lethbridge, Alberta Canada and a longstanding supporter of Splitting the Sky’s activism stated:

“When Splitting the Sky broke through  police lines in his attempt to conduct a citizen’s arrest of former US President, George W. Bush, the Mohawk freedom fighter pieced a thick wall of tyranny. He broke through a tight phalanx of state protection for the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against the peace.

With his courageous act, Splitting the sky announced the unwillingness of millions of global citizens to tolerate any longer the culture of impunity that places a small, interlinked global plutocracy above the law. By breaking police lines, the Attica brother and American indian movement activist scouted a route of liberation for those of us seeking to get out from under the weight of complicity in international crime committed in our name. After close to 5 months of silent conspiring the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) has now filed its documents that will begin the appeal process to try and overturn the Hadjis decision of September 2, 2009; one that basically recognized that sec. 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act was a very flawed piece of machinery and extremely inimical to all Canadians who value their right to freedom of speech and self-expression.

In other words those within our democratic society who are more concerned with stifling and suppressing the rights of all Canadians are hell-bent on keeping this Bolshevik/Zionist/Communist law in place so that they can continue to prosecute, vilify, harass, fine, silence and imprison anyone who desires to express their thoughts and ideas on the unjust and racist/supremacist state of Israel.

As we now know, judging from the actions of our Conservative Prime Minister, Stephen Harper and his Zionist flunky, Jason Kenney, they have sold their souls to the Talmudic Chabad Lubavicher’s and their inglorious “g_d” known as  Zionism.

In other words the CHRC is now recognized by true Canadian patriots as nothing more than a treasonous and seditious Zionist Jew front organization whose sole purpose is to deceive and obfuscate and betray our nation into the greedy and blood-soaked hands of the war-mongering “state” of Israel.

In my own battle with these nefarious forces, i.e. B’nai Brith Canada, the collusion between this foreign lobbyist agent of Israel is beyond doubt and has been (in my mind) since the beginning of my legal struggles with Mr. Harry Abrams and the League for “Human Rights” of B’nai Brith Canada. It is the very reason that I made the decision to do what I could in order to bring this hidden subject to the attention of the Canadian public in whatever way that I could.

And so the Soviet Show (Trial) resumes once again as this government conjured commissariat, the CHRC and its politically appointed agents now attempt to overthrow the will of the people in order to satisfy the war-lust and greed and insatiable power struggle that Israel represents.

The final outcome of this appeal will settle, once and for all, any illusions that Canadians hold as to the real allegiance of our elected representatives in Ottawa and who it is that controls our federal judiciary.

Constitutional Validity of Section 13 moves to Federal Court

Using tax-payers money, the Canadian Human Rights Commission has finally filed their challenge to the Lemire decision, which found that the thought control legislation of the Canadian Human Rights Act is unconstitutional and a violation of the Charter guaranteed rights to freedom of speech and thought.

The CHRC’s Memorandum of Fact and Law, will be vigorously challenged by supporters of freedom of speech.  Section 13 is Canada’s shameful thought control legislation, and a positive ruling by the Federal Court of Canada, will finally end the 33 year reign of totalitarian censorship by theout of control Canadian Human Rights Commission.

To date, the Attorney General of Canada, has refused to get involved at the Federal Court of Canada to uphold Section 13.   The Attorney General of Canada (assigned to Lemire case by then governing Liberal Party) was active while the case was before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, but once the Tribunal ruled the law was unconstitutional, the Attorney General accepted the decision.

According to an Access to Information request filed by Marc Lemire, in late 2009, the Department of Justice raised the issue with the Prime Minister of Canada and his cabinet.  While the actual discussion is censored due to being in the “confines of the Queen’s Privy Council” it is clear that the Conservative Prime Minister and his cabinet ruled to not uphold this censorship legislation.

At the same time of this decision by Harper government, two separate House of Commons subcommittees were investigating the conduct of the out of control Canadian Human Rights Commission.

The CHRC has shown over the years it is willing to go to any lengths and spend as much tax-payers dollars as needed to protect their censorship franchise.  From claiming “National Security” to hid their online infiltration and spying campaign to hacking a private woman’s Internet connection,  nothing is beyond what the CHRC will do.  Ethics guidelines?   Not at the CHRC…
Now is the time to contact organizations who support freedom of speech and request they intervene in this case, and finally rid Canada of this shameful thought control and pre-crime legislation.

What the CHRC is trying to overturn at the Federal Court
In September 2009, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal ruled that:

[290] Thus, following the reasoning of Justice Dickson, at 933,one can no longer say that the absence of intent in s. 13(1) “raises no problem of minimal impairment” and “does not impinge so deleteriously upon the s. 2(b) freedom of expression so as to make intolerable” the provision’s existence in a free and democratic society. On this basis, I find that the Oakes minimum impairment test has not been satisfied, and that s. 13(1) goes beyond what can be defended as a reasonable limit on free expression under s. 1 of the Charter.

c) Conclusions with respect to the claim of infringement on the freedom of expression

[295] For all the above reasons, I find that s. 13(1) infringes on Mr. Lemire’s freedom of expression guaranteed under s. 2(b) of the Charter, and that this infringement is not demonstrably justified under s. 1 of the Charter.

[279] This question, however, is not what is relevant to the present discussion. The point is that, when assessed against the characteristics of the penalty provisions enumerated in these decisions, it is evident that s. 13(1) has become more penal in nature (irrespective of whether s. 11 CharterTaylor that s. 13(1)’s limitation of freedom of expression is demonstrably justifiable in a free and democratic society, and thereby “saved” under s. 1 of the Charter. rights are necessarily triggered). The provision can no longer be considered exclusively remedial, preventative and conciliatory in nature, which was at the core of the Court’s finding in

V. CONCLUSION

I have determined that Mr. Lemire contravened s. 13 of the Act in only one of the instances alleged by Mr. Warman, namely theAIDS Secrets article. However, I have also concluded that s. 13(1) in conjunction with ss. 54(1) and (1.1) are inconsistent with s. 2(b) of the Charter, which guarantees the freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression. The restriction imposed by these provisions is not a reasonable limit within the meaning of s. 1 of the Charter. Since a formal declaration of invalidity is not a remedy available to the Tribunal (see Cuddy Chicks Ltd. V. Ontario (Labour Relations Board), [1991] 2 S.C.R. 5), I will simply refuse to apply these provisions for the purposes of the complaint against Mr. Lemire and I will not issue any remedial order against him (see Nova Scotia (Workers’ Compensation Board) v. Martin, 2003 SCC 54 at paras. 26-7).

Extortion charges against Wiebo Ludwig dropped by RCMP!

RadicalPress.com editor and publisher Arthur Topham, in a short interview with Ben Ludwig, son of Wiebo Ludwig, on Saturday morning, January 9th, 2010 was informed that Wiebo Ludwig, contrary to reports in the mainstream media, has not been formally charged by the RCMP with “extortion” as reported in the msm on Friday, January 8th.

The RCMP have a time limit of 24 hours in which to lay formal charges and according to Ben Ludwig they didn’t do so. At the time of the conversation, Ben told Topham that his Mother, Mamie Ludwig, had gone to pick her husband up from the police station in Grande Prairie.

In a subsequent call only minutes after the interview Ben informed RadicalPress.com that his father was now safely home and the charges against him were not forthcoming.

Close to a decade has passed since the Radical Press last covered the grotesque tale of the harassment and victimization of the Ludwig Christian Community known as Trickle Creek farm as a reporter for the now defunct alternative newspaper, The Radical.

Editor’s note: It was in my January, 2001 edition of the newspaper that I ran a feature length article on the Ludwig story and manner in which the RCMP, the media and the vigilante groups in the area had acted throughout the course of the investigation leading up to the arrest, trial and subsequent imprisonment of Wiebo Ludwig. It’s not a pretty picture but a vivid example of how the state and its complicit media, aided and abetted by the corporate interests involved, conspire to create scapegoats out of decent, innocent people in order to cover up for their own ineptitude and crimes committed against the environment and people who become victims of industrial pollution and poisoning.

The Setting

There  is a belief held by the native American Sioux people that at the beginning of each new cycle of Creation a buffalo is placed in the West in order to hold back the waters. With each passing year one hair falls out of the buffalo and with each passing Age one of the buffalo’s legs  falls off. When all the hair and the four legs have fallen off the cycle will be complete and the waters will again rush in and signal the end. Strangely enough there is a similar belief contained within the Hindu mythology. What is also of interest is the fact that both the American Indian and the Hindu believe that in our present age the buffalo is now standing on only one leg and is pretty much bald.

To say therefore that we’re living in an apocalyptic period of increasing social injustice may soon prove to be an understatement. The longstanding notion that our hard-won democratic institutions are shielding us from foreign threat is no longer valid as we witness our emergence into the 21st Century and, along with it, an increasingly unprecedented and unabashed assault on our basic human rights and economic freedoms. What makes it striking though is not that it’s sources stem from international financial and corporate interests, but more importantly and much closer to home it seems, from within the very institutions of our own domestic governments; entities ostensibly created to prevent just such occurrences from ever manifesting.

Aided and abetted by megalithic media monopolies, domestic (and soon to be foreign U.N.) military and police units, and a select assortment of traitorous citizens who’ve succumbed to the overt financial pressures of greed and survival, thus making them willing pawns in the game of “power-over” those who resist their efforts, Canadian citizens are now finding themselves strangers in a strange land whenever and wherever they insist that justice be meted out in a fair and equable manner.

The ways and means of achieving such an overall, suppressive system of slavery is not new, only the tactics have changed due to the increased development and use of more sophisticated mind-control techniques, surveillance systems and high-tech gadgetry. Of fundamental importance to the successful completion of their nefarious plan though is the maintenance of a vehicle or medium for disseminating the Orwellian Newspeak that comprises the daily dispensation of media deceit called “news.”

Legitimate dissent, it appears, has now become illegitimate - a bastard child of a once virgin system of justice and a naive and complacent populace no longer deemed expedient in a New World Order of corporate philistines out to conquer the globe. Peaceful protest is no longer considered an acceptable form of political expression by the corporate business sector, nor, as the following article will hopefully show, is it deemed such by our governments or our courts. Instead of having the rights and freedoms that are supposedly “guaranteed” under our suspect “Constitution”, an increasing number of politically aware citizens are being subjected to a new, raw, unexpurgated version of growing police harassment and violence often attended by a treasonous and surreptitious forgery of fact by both media representatives and a lackey police force. Such overt behaviour is quickly becoming a growing threat to all  who still believe in the principles of justice, liberty and freedom and the ensuing thought of a corporate-controlled government combined with a partial judiciary acting at the behest of financial interests, rather than a dedication to upholding the sovereignty of one law for all, is most abhorrent.

Still, for all the subterfuge within the mainstream media, the alternative, independent media is rife with growing reports of these sorts of terrorist tactics that western governments are inflicting upon their own citizens in order to quell dissent. A prime example of such corporate, police and government parole-perpetrated propaganda against protesters involves one of the leading figures within the environmental movement in Canada - the Reverend Wiebo Ludwig - along with the extended family who comprise the Christian Community known as Trickle Creek Farm located in the northwestern region of Alberta’s Peace River district near the towns of Hythe and Beaverlodge.

The community of Trickle Creek (numbering 35 at the moment) [Editor’s note: This figure is likely much higher today ten years later.] has been carrying on a protracted and bitter struggle with the giant Alberta oil & gas industry over the poisoning of their air, water and soil for over a decade. Flaring of toxic gases from oil and gas wells that surround their farmlands became an urgent, life-threatening concern when the community suddenly began experiencing the negative effects that such practices were having on their unborn children and livestock. Mother’s were aborting or giving birth to abnormal, still-born babies and animals were dying and aborting. Children and adults began suffering from a litany of skin rashes and flu-like symptoms that eventually forced this  peaceful, God-fearing community to seek out the cause of their ill-fortune. It didn’t take too long for them to realize what and who was responsible for their sickness but that in itself turned out to be only the first step in what later became a long and arduous battle to seek redress.

After years of struggling to have the problem of oil and gas pollution recognized as a legitimate threat to all life-forms and in dire need of stringent safety regulations, the bubble of blacked-out information finally burst when a growing wave of protest culminated in a series of attacks upon oil and gas installations in the areas affected by the toxic emissions. The RCMP ended up launching an investigation and in the process of attempting to come up with a suspect they themselves fell prey to using illegal means such as faking a phony explosion of a well-site in order to incite fear and uncertainty into a region where levels of paranoia were already rampant. The numbers of incidents of police collusion with the corporate oil and gas sector and governmental bodies associated with the Alberta government must unfortunately, because of space restraints, remain a separate issue for another time.

In the process of trying to expose the toxic practices of a obscenely bloated and arrogant oil industry that’s been habitually trampling over citizens’ rights for generations the members of Trickle Creek found themselves victims in new and wondrous ways. Some residents of the surrounding  municipalities, consisting mainly of farmers and oil workers directly or indirectly dependent upon the oil and gas industry for their livelihood, turned on the Trickle Creek community with a vengeance. After the unfortunate shooting of Karman Willis during a trespassing incident in June of 1999, they formed an ad hoc group of self-appointed vigilantes who dubbed themselves the West County Concerned Citizens (WCCC) led by spokesman Brian Peterson. Once up this organization began a smear and disinformation campaign against the Ludwig and Boonsta families that is ongoing to this day. As one reads through the various assessments carried out by Corrections Canada after Wiebo Ludwig’s imprisonment, it becomes readily apparent that the negative effects of these smear tactics permeate much of what is accepted as truth and fact by the RCMP, the parole board, and the general public. All of this deception ultimately played a crucial role in prohibiting the early release of Wiebo Ludwig.

When Wiebo Ludwig and Richard Boonstra’s controversial trial ended both men were sentenced on April 26, 2000 to prison terms based on circumstantial evidence that they had participated in the blowing up of a Suncor oil well north of Hinton, Alberta. Richard Boonstra was given a short jail sentence but Wiebo Ludwig, pumped up by the prosecution, police and the media as the prime instigator of all the bombings, received a sentence of 2 years 4 months in federal prison. He is currently serving time in a minimum security jail known as the Grande Cache Institution located about a hundred miles north of Hinton, Alberta. I went to visit Wiebo Ludwig on Saturday, October 21 to discuss his situation, in particular, the refusal by Corrections Canada to allow him out on accelerated parole. While I was there I also met his wife Mamie Lou, two of their children and grandchildren and their close friends and in-laws Richard and Lois Boonstra.

During the course of our amicable meeting I was presented with a number of official documents and letters related to the subject of Wiebo’s parole. After returning home I read through the lengthy Intake and Community assessments that were recorded by Corrections Canada parole officers only to discover that they had been liberally seasoned with a large amount of police and “community”   (read WCCC) input. Taken at face value the accusations contained in these documents portrayed a rather frightening picture of Wiebo Ludwig and the community of which he is a father, grandfather and spiritual Elder. Had I only these government documents as a reference it would have been virtually impossible to come up with a reasonable and unbiased sense of who Wiebo Ludwig really was. I say this in retrospect though because it was only after reading through the equally lengthy rebuttals to these government assessments, later submitted to the parole board by both the Reverend Ludwig and the rest of the resident members, that it became glaringly obvious that the Trickle Creek community was confronting yet another head on the Hydra of Corporate Globalization, this latest menace taking on the shape-shifting form of none other than Corrections Canada itself.

It’s not easy to perceive just how the parole board fashions its assessment data in order to achieve a preconceived agenda but it must be borne in mind that the mainstream press gets much of its information from police and parole officer reports and then adds its own sinister twist to the supposed “facts” that appear in official documents thus projecting an image to the general public that, upon closer examination, reveals an almost unbelievable bias toward the institutions and values of which it too is an integral part. In  doing so the media becomes a willing agent, both complicit in and guilty of, forging lies and half-truths in order to assist its counter-parts in the global scheme for world domination.

The oil and gas industry wants Wiebo Ludwig in jail. The West County Concerned Citizens (known locally as the “WKKK” because of their overt, antagonistic actions against Trickle Creek) want Wiebo Ludwig in jail. The Alberta government, which draws its economic breath from out of the black, porous, subterranean lungs of oil and gas lying beneath its troubled landscape, also wants Wiebo Ludwig locked up and silent, a grim and sphinx-like reminder of what lies in store for those who dare to challenge an industry that feeds the voracious belly of an antiquated industrial system long overdue for radical change.

Once in the clutches of Correction Canada the agents of persecution aligned with the oil industry knew that it was essential to portray to the public and the parole board a picture of Wiebo Ludwig that was in keeping with the RCMP’s and the WCCC’s preconceived and concocted image of a man who they wanted the public to view as an egotistical, domineering, violent, sexist, tyrant. It therefore became necessary to paint such a picture into the framework of Corrections Canada’s bureaucrat assessment process. That is what was done using unsubstantiated allegations, half-truths, twisted logic, gossip and out and out lies. Once the maligning by parole assessors was complete, the media was given this distorted palate containing a potpourri of darkly-coloured images depicting a man wholly out of keeping with his basic persona. They then proceeded to use these false images with willing intent, malice and premeditated editorial malediction. That is what this article is all about: the subversion of truth for the sake of greed, power and injustice.

Dear Radical Reader,

As 2009 comes to a close and we reflect on all that’s gone down over the past 12 months in the realm of resistance to the onslaught of Zionist intrusion into the lives of Canadians and people in general there’s a whole lot to be thankful for.

Over two years ago when Harry Abrams and B’nai Brith Canada laid their sec. 13 “hate crime” complaint against myself and my website RadicalPress.com I was virtually standing alone in challenging their attempt to use this Bolshevik-style piece of “human rights” legislation to stop Canadians from expressing their views and opinions on the domestic and foreign policies of the Israeli government.

And when I say standing virtually alone I don’t mean that I was the first person to resist their draconian, totalitarian tactics of smearing and forcing an individual to appear before quasi-judicial “show trial” tribunals. There were many courageous Canadians before me who had the foresight and vision to understand that our only means of defense was to fight the very legislation that the Zionist Jew lobbyists had embedded into our judiciary over the past half century.

But at the time (2007) the public perception of Israel as a racist, supremacist and apartheid state was not anywhere near what it is today as we stand upon the threshold of the second decade of the 21st Century. So much has happened over the past two years that I hesitate to even begin covering all the issues. Suffice it to say that the exceptionally cruel and devastating and evil attack upon Gaza during the Christmas season of 2008/09 was the ice-breaker in terms of sufficiently blowing the minds of people around the world as to the actual reality of what the Zionist state of Israel embodies.

That one event exposed the black claw of racism and supremacist ideology that lay hidden behind all the Zionist controlled media’s smoke screen of daily propaganda. It smashed forever what was a false and deceptive icon: the concept of the state of Israel as a democratic and free nation.

Now, as we begin 2010 the tables are quickly turning on the Big Lie but the Harper government of Canada is not about to give up its Zionist agenda easily. As Ulli Diemer’s article, Tactics of Desperation:Using false accusations of ‘anti-Semitism’ clearly shows they are deliberately working on new strategies to maintain control of our freedom of speech and this is part of the reason for Harper’s prorogation of parliament yesterday. They need the darkness and anonymity of silence to conspire together for the benefit of the Israeli state and the satanic ideals embodied in their ideologically false messiah known as political Zionism.

In my own struggles with the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and B’nai Brith Canada over the past two years I’ve experienced first hand the level of deception and the corruption that permeates these government appointed bodies. They will stop at nothing to fulfill their agenda of censorship and ultimate control of the Internet because they know, as sure as they know the sun will rise tomorrow upon a new year, that if they aren’t successful in controlling the Internet and the Media and the Government then all hell will eventually break loose as more and more inquisitive and concerned individuals become aware of the true nature of Israel and the true agenda of political Zionism.

And this is why Ulli’s title, “Tactics of desperation” is a most fitting one. They are desperate to stop the increased expansion of information about Israel and Zionism that is exploding on the net and that is why they are resorting to such desperate moves as contained in their “hate crimes” legislation which they have been slyly foisting upon Canada and the USA and the EU nations and Australia and New Zealand, etc. over the past number of years. Short of shutting down the whole world wide web (now an impossibility without global repercussions to everyone) they are frantically searching for some balm to sooth the Achilles Heel that they can’t seem to prevent from exposing their true nature.

2010, I  hopefully predict, will continue to see more and more individuals and groups and organizations rising to their feet and declaring to the Harper government that their illicit love affair with Israel and Zionism must come to an abrupt end.

Enough of our young men and women have been sacrificed upon the blood-spattered Zionist altar of greed and war and lies and deception in Afghanistan. Enough of our citizens have been spied upon and hunted down and kidnapped and forced to endure torture and loss of their constitutional rights and ended up in foreign jails all due to the depraved and pathological machinations of this cabal of Zionist traitors who have breached the walls of our federal government and usurped the one power that belongs to all Canadians and not to the seditious tyrants who now lurk about our hallowed halls of parliament desperately trying to figure out new ways of forging more chains for Canada.

It’s my additional hope that Canada’s Jewish community will rise up further in 2010 and acknowledge the role that they must assume in bringing to the attention of all Canadians the ever-present threat to our collective freedom posed by the Harper government and its assorted band of sycophants. The Jewish community stands to lose the most if they don’t start setting aside their own fears and phobias and start to work in earnest with the non-Jewish sectors of Canadian society who also are determined to resist this growing threat to our nation. My own experience over the past two years in trying to liaise with Jewish orgs on the issue of Zionism tells me this will be one of the more challenging aspects of fighting the false accusation of “anti-Semitism.”

My New Year’s Resolution for 2010 will be the same as it was for 2008 and 2009: to do whatever is in my power to draw attention to the immediate danger to Canada posed by the Jewish media and lobby groups here in this country who are behaving in a most seditious manner in their quest to subvert our Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms and substitute them for the law of the jungle, i.e. Zionism and Racist Supremacism and Hatred and War.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank those on my list (and off) who have helped me out financially over the past year. There is today, here in Canada and around the world, what Michael Bakunin once described as a “sense of palpitating urgency” with respect to the growing threat to all democratic nations and institutions by this alien force known as Political Zionism. Anti-Zionist Canada is a possible first step here in Canada in resisting this global conspiracy to usurp the democratic powers of independent nations. It is hoped that it will become more of a working body of patriotic partisans who will debate and discuss and share ideas that might take root and eventually grow into a world wide movement to expose and eventually dismantle the present infrastructure of tyranny now threatening the stability of the planet as a whole. One might also view it as a think tank; one that will eventually challenge and roll over that juggernaut known as Zionism and allow the world to resume its normal course of free and democratic development.

Below I am posting the tentative Mission Statement of the group along with its Objectives. These will be subject to alteration and improvement once the group evolves. POST NUMBER ONE TO ANTI-ZIONIST CANADA by AZC Moderator Arthur Topham, December 1, 2009:

Greetings to Canadians and people around the world who are interested in stemming the tide of Zionist influence and control in their respective countries. It is hoped that those who understand the growing threat to our democratic rights and freedoms will join this group and assist in helping to fulfill the aims and objectives of the group.

My name is Arthur Topham and I am presently the Moderator and Founder. The Mission Statement on the Home Page gives a brief outline of some of the main objectives in forming this group. It is hoped that if enough people join it then we can discuss and debate these objectives and either modify them for further clarity or else add additional ones to the list.

It is my perception that more needs to be done in the way of organizing resistance to the increasing control that the Zionists are gaining over Canada’s Parliament, our Prime Ministers and especially our legal system.

A Mockery of Justice: The Great Sedition Trial of 1944

[Editor’s Note: While the focus of the article below is not primarily upon one of the greatest of American heroes in the battle for freedom of speech and the exposure of those within the US government who have turned the White House into a Zionist fortress for the exclusive execution of their one world government agenda nonetheless I would like to dedicate this article to Senator Joe McCarthy. He, of most Americans, suffered some of the worst vilification in US history at the hands of the Zionists and I would like to commemorate his courageous bravery in this small way.

This article is one of the best examples I have yet read that brings into focus and corroborates all I have written over the past few years regarding the very secretive and, yes, seditious machinations of the organization known as B’nai Brith International; one whose Canadian counterpart, the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada, is carrying on the longstanding traditions of the Anti Defamation League in the USA in slandering, vilifying and viciously persecuting via the court system, individuals such as myself who have been striving over the years to alert the Canadian public to the nefarious actions and motives of the World Zionist Organization and its deceptive, destructive ideology known as political Zionism.

There is no fundamental difference between the work that I have been doing and that of many of the principal characters contained in this article and the parallels between the treatment of my case with that of the protagonists in this, the Great Sedition Trial of 1944, are as uncanny as they are revealing and synchronous.

The fact that one of the more famous of the group falsely accused of “sedition” in that infamous “show trial” of 1944, Mrs. Elizabeth Dilling, is now still one of the main writers who Harry Abrams and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada have listed in their sec. 13(1) “hate crimes” complaint made against myself and RadicalPress.com, is a striking illustration of just how deep, pervasive and virulent are the machinations of this supposed “service organization” in whose Preamble to their founding Constitution they once declared that B’nai Brith’s mission would be to “promote [the] highest interest” of those of “Jewish faith” and “those of humanity”; of “developing and elevating the mental and moral character of the people of our faith; of inculcating the purest principles of philanthropy, honour and patriotism”; “alleviating the wants of the poor and needy”; and “providing for, protecting and assisting the aged, the widow and orphan on the broadest principles of humanity.” Just how far they’ve strayed from this laudable position taken back on the 13th of October, 1843 is clearly revealed in the article below. A Mockery of Justice: The Great Sedition Trial of 1944

According to historian Harry Elmer Barnes who was one of FDR’s leading critics from the academic arena, the purpose of the Great Sedition Trial was to make the Roosevelt administration “seem opposed to fascism” when, in fact, the administration was pursuing totalitarian policies. Too few Americans today know of this travesty, a shameful blot on U.S. history.

Judges and lawyers alike will tell you the mass sedition trial of World War II will go down in legal history as one of the blackest marks on the record of American jurisprudence. In the legal world, none can recall a case where so many Americans were brought to trial for political persecution and were so arrogantly denied the rights granted [guaranteed—Ed.] an American citizen under the Constitution.”1

This is how the Chicago Tribune, then a voice for America First in a media world already brimming with internationalism, described the infamous war time “show trial” and its aftermath.

“The Great Sedition Trial” formally came to an unexpected halt on November 30, 1944, having been declared a mistrial upon the death of the presiding judge. Yet, the case continued to hang in limbo with Justice Department prosecutors angling for a retrial.

However, on November 22, 1946, Judge Bolitha Laws of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, dismissed the charges against the defendants, saying that to allow the case to continue would be “a travesty on justice.”2

Although the Justice Department prosecutors appealed the dismissal, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia upheld Judge Laws’ ruling and, as a consequence, the saga of the Great Sedition Trial at long last came to a close. This brought to an end five years of harassment that the defendants had suffered, including—for some—periods of imprisonment.

Judge Laws had thus called a halt to this Soviet-style attack on American liberty. Sanity had prevailed and the case was shelved forever. The war was over and the one individual who was the prime mover behind the trial—Franklin D. Roosevelt—was dead.

According to historian Ronald Ra dosh, a self-styled “progressive” who has written somewhat sympathetically of the pre-World War II critics of the Roosevelt administration, “FDR had prodded Attorney General Francis Biddle for months, asking him when he would indict the seditionists.”3 Biddle himself later pointed out that FDR “was not much interested . . . in the constitutional right to criticize the government in wartime.”4

However, as we shall see, there were powerful forces at work behind the scenes prodding FDR. And they, more than FDR, played a major role in pushing the actual investigation Biddle was not enthusiastic to undertake.

Although there was a grand total of 42 people (and one newspaper) indicted—over the course of three separate indictments, beginning with the first indictment, which was handed down on July 21, 1942, the number of those who actually went on trial was 30, and several of them were severed from the trial as it proceeded.

Roosevelt’s biographer, James McGregor Burns, waggishly called the trial “a grand rally of all the fanatic Roosevelt haters.”5 But there’s much more to the story than that.

In fact, there were a handful of influential figures among the indictees. Among them included:

• Noted German-American poet, essayist and social critic, George Sylvester Viereck (a well-known foreign publicist for the German government as far back as World War I);

• Former American diplomat and economist Lawrence Dennis, an informal behind-the-scenes advisor to some of the more prominent congressional critics of the Roosevelt administration;

• Mrs. Elizabeth Dilling of Chicago, an outspoken and highly articulate author and lecturer who was well regarded and widely known nationally as a leader of the anti-communist movement and a fierce opponent of the ad ministration;

• Rev. Gerald Winrod of Kansas. With a national following and wide-ranging connections among Christian ministers and lay leaders throughout the country, Winrod had emerged as a force to be reckoned with. In 1938 he ran a strong race for the U.S. Senate. (One of Winrod’s protégés was none other than evangelist Billy Graham, who is said to have “learned much but kept quiet publicly about what he learned privately”6 as a young man traveling with Winrod.) And:

• William Griffin, a New York-based publisher with strong connections in the Roman Catholic Church. Many American Catholics were strongly anti-communist, and Irish-American Catholics, in particular, were generally skeptical of FDR’s war policies at a time when, it will be remembered, the government of Ireland remained neutral in the war being waged against Germany by the United States and England, Ireland’s traditional enemy.

However, most of those who finally went to trial were little known and hardly influential on a national level, other than the few exceptions just noted. Among the defendants were: a sign painter who was 80 percent deaf, a Detroit factory worker, a waiter and a maid.

In short, they were at best “average” Americans, without the means or the opportunity to be able to conduct the kind of seditious and internationally connected conspiracy that the government had charged, nor were they in any position to defend themselves against the unlimited resources of the central government. In many cases, the defendants were paupers, virtually penniless. Many of them were “one-man” publishers, reaching small audiences—hardly a threat to the mighty forces that controlled the New Deal. Several were very elderly. Few of the indictees even knew each other before the trial, despite the fact that the indictments charged them with being part of a grand conspiracy, orchestrated by Adolf Hitler, to undermine the morale of the American military during wartime.

Editor’s Preface: It was my intention to have this chapter from Douglas Reed’s 1941 book, A Prophet At Home typed up and published online for November 11th to coincide with Remembrance Day. It didn’t happen but readers will still benefit from what the author has to say about conditions in Britain in 1939-40 as they relate to those of today in Canada and the USA as well as elsewhere in Europe, etc.

Reed returned to England in 1939 from the Continent after spending a number of years in Berlin, Vienna and Prague working as Chief correspondent for the London Times. In that capacity he was privy to a panoramic view of the political landscape in Germany, Austria and Czechoslovakia leading up to the resumption of the World War in 1939.

This particular chapter from his final book of a three-part series that began in 1938 with Insanity Fair followed in ‘39 by Disgrace Abounding is extremely relevant to our own times and bears close reading. Seventy years have passed yet the information contained in this chapter appears to be in a time-warp as if the conditions which precipitated it somehow were frozen in time. As such it now stands as a striking historical record, clearly illustrating the degree of power and influence which the Zionist Jews of his day wielded over the British parliament and the British press.

Concomitant with this fact and more important in terms of today is the evidence which Reed provides that shows how the Jews of the 1930s were already consummate masters of the immigration game.

It has been a contention of mine for a number of years that the Zionist Jews who control Canada’s PM, House of Parliament and Judiciary are using their illegitimate influence over government to manipulate and control immigration policies; ones which have been having a detrimental effect upon Canadian society for decades and which also dovetail fully with the Zionist agenda of destroying all nation states in the world in order to facilitate the implementation of their Zionist one world government.

Immigration, like the control of the media, banking, pharmaceutical conglomerates, major corporations including oil and gas and water and cultural and educational institutions, is a vital part of the program to destroy the democratic framework upon which sovereign nations are built and the Zionist Jews have been working this tool here in Canada and elsewhere with deftness and surgical precision for many, many decades. This thesis that immigration policies are being exploited for partisan Zionist purposes should become obvious to any reader who takes the time to study what Reed has to say about the invasion of England by the Jews of Eastern Europe, or as the Jewish media of the day was wont to call them, ‘friendly aliens’; an endearing term to describe the hundreds of thousands of Jewish refugees who flooded into Great Britain during the years leading up to the second act of the World War to take advantage of the precarious political conditions then existing in the British Isles.

There is much more though in this chapter that helps to explain some of the current behaviour on the part of today’s extremist Zionist Jews who are going to great lengths to deflect the growing criticism of their doctrine of supremacist discrimination and racism that is now becoming almost rampant on the one venue for free information still not entirely controlled by their excessive and pervasive power – the Internet.

Reed explains how the Jews of his day used their “anti-Semitism” card to full effect whenever anyone challenged the government’s and the media’s blatant discrimination aimed at the English and the Arabs while all the while consistently favouring the ‘friendly alien’.

Given the fact that today, seven decades later, Canadians in the majority still haven’t grasped the fact that their “mainstream” media and their government are absolutely controlled and manipulated to suit this extremist Zionist Jew agenda, Reed’s prophetic warning of 1941 stands forth in even greater relief as a hallmark to be heeded by anyone concerned with knowing the truth about who is really pulling the strings of our Members of Parliament in Ottawa.

The parallels between Reed’s description of the behaviour of the Members of the British Parliament respecting the ‘friendly aliens’ during a period of critical danger to the nation as a whole and that of our own parliament today is as uncanny as it is frightening to contemplate. It begs the question as to whether the term “change” is in fact a reality or merely a ruse to soothe the ignorant citizenry who still are brainwashed by the Zionist Jew tube.

Read Reed and you will discover why censorship and draconian legislation like sec. 13 today are of such paramount importance to the Zionist Jews and why the extremist Zionist Jew must continually re-create this false illusion now being coined as the “new anti-Semitism” by such Zionist Jew zealots as our former federal Liberal Attorney-General Mr. Irwin Cotler and being flogged upon an unsuspecting public by the likes of B’nai Brith Canada and the Canadian Jewish Congress and even committees formed from our Members of Parliament.

A provoking thought: if Rupert Brooke, whose poetry, as Lord Halifax said in his ‘This is a conflict of youth against youth’ speech, so inspired the generation of 1914, if this Rupert Brooke had not died, with about a million other Britishers, in the 1914-1918 section of the war which has now been resumed, he would have needed to revise the poem he wrote in the Cafe des Westens, in the Kurfurstendamm in Berlin, in 1912. He wrote that poem sitting at the same table with a friend of mine, Rothay Reynolds, who in the years between the two sections of the World War struggled hard to fulfill the difficult task of being Berlin Correspondent of Lord Rothermere’s Daily Mail, and when Rupert Brooke had finished he turned to Rothay Reynolds and said, ‘I have made this cafe famous’, which was true.

I well remember how that song of England wrung an Englishman’s heart, that is, the heart of a very young and fervent Englishman, who took on trust nearly everything he was told about his native country, of which he had seen but little, in the 1914-1918 war. But if Rupert Brooke had lived in 1939, or thereabouts, he would have found himself out of touch with the taste of the times. For his poem, ‘Grantchester,’ begins:

Du lieber Gott!
Here am I, sweating, sick and hot,
And there the shadowed waters fresh
Lean up to embrace the naked flesh.
Temperamentvoll German jews
Drink beer around – and there the dews…

Well, well, well. How times have changed. Rupert Brooke is dead; the war-to-end-war has gone and the war-to-continue-war is simmering nicely; but the relative position of Jews and dews seems to have been reversed, or have we now both? Rupert Brooke, the singer of the generation of 1914, seemed to find the Jews in Berlin a thought unsympathetic and none took it amiss of him that he said so; indeed, the thought of those temperamental beer-drinking Jews in Berlin helped to fortify the faith of the young Englishman of 1914 in ‘the things he was fighting for’. Now we, he thought, have dews, and we are going to keep them.

But if Rupert Brooke had written twenty-five years later he would have known that those two lines must come out, or else he would have had to find a fresh rhyme for dews, for by the time the World War in which he died was resumed no Englishman of his class and kind would have thought of writing anything which would set the critics yelping the dread name ‘anti-Semite’.

By the time the World War was resumed, indeed, the general understanding had come to be that the Jews of Berlin were the most valuable citizens of that town and that we were very lucky indeed to have them, because they were so much cleverer than ourselves. By some further process of reasoning which was a little outside my comprehension, the general understanding seemed also to be that we should fight Germany to enable these people, whom we had been fortunate enough to obtain, to return there as soon as possible; this, as far as I could gather, was among ‘the things’ we were about to fight for.

When I returned to England, on the eve of the new war which had become almost inevitable, I brought back with me a particular interest in this question, because for many years, since 1933, I had noticed, with growing misgiving, that, chiefly through the very great influence which the Jews in all countries exercised in the interest of their co-religionists, this relatively small aspect of an enormous problem was being set out of all proportion to the whole, that the entire wood was disappearing behind one tree.

Reflections of an unrepentant conservative

As you know, freedom of speech is an essential characteristic of a free society. In Canada, however, this freedom has been under attack in recent years under the pretext of protecting and promoting human rights. Laws that prohibit the free expression of opinion undermine the very foundations of a free and tolerant society and are, therefore, illegitimate and must be abolished.

The Canadian Centre for Policy Studies ( http://www.policystudies.ca/ ) has just launched an online petition calling on lawmakers at all levels of government in Canada to examine legislation within their jurisdiction intended to protect and promote human rights, and to remove those provisions that prohibit or otherwise limit the free and sincere expression of opinion, i.e. section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.

Please take a minute to sign this petition yourself and email it to your friends and family for their signature as well. Hearing

I would like to indicate, on behalf of the Canadian Free Speech League, that the decision of Member Hadjis in Lemire is morally binding and legally persuasive to the argument that the hearing against Mr. Topham should not proceed. This would be a waste of judicial time and contrary to fundamental justice. We are of the view, in light of the Canadian Human Rights Commission’s seeking of judicial review, that the CHRC regards Member Hadjis’s decision as more than just affecting penalty clauses.

Our view is that this matter should be dealt with by a preliminary motion in order to avoid unnecessary waste of time and expense in the defence of the matter and the re-litigation of the constitutional question, which would be inevitably necessary, if this matter were to proceed.

It is unfair in the extreme, for government-funded entities like the Commission and well-funded organizations like B’nai Brith to put private individuals and small-organizations defending free speech to the expense of a full-blow hearing, when the constitutional validity of the enabling legislation is impugned by the Tribunal itself. The principle of stare decisis requires this matter be resolved by a higher authority, if there is any doubt, and there certainly seems to be doubt in the mind of the Commission, considering its decision to seek judicial review.

Our view is that this issue of whether to proceed or not needs a separate hearing as soon as possible. Would the Tribunal please accept this as a motion on our part, accepting the issue of constitutional validity directly: That a date be set for argument about constitutional validity and the existing hearing dates be abandoned.

Harry Abrams: Big Mouth Singer or Just a Gaby Haas Wannabe?

Back in the 70s when the kids were in their early years the grandparents used to buy them the latest plastic Fisher-Price toys. Their parents, being Hippies, weren’t into plastic so whenever they got something brand new from the grand-folks they usually took a shine to it. One toy in particular that I’ll always remember with fondness was a musical one that sang songs. It consisted of a number of variously-colored, bright plastic heads all lined up in a couple of rows like a chorus of singers and when you pushed the right button their mouths would all suddenly open in unison and a particular electronic sound/song would blare forth. I believe it’s brand name was “The Big Mouth Singers.”

Well, after reading some of Harry Abrams’ postings on FreeDominion.com, where he has taken up residency since July 22, 2009, I’m beginning to think that he and B’nai Brith Canada may possibly have been the prototype the creator of this delightful toy had in mind.

[Editor’s Note: RadicalPress.com was just notified by Marc Lemire of this latest decision by the Canadian Human Rights Commission to file an application today (Oct.1, 2009) for a Judicial Review of the Warman v. Lemire decision of Sept. 2, 2009.

As in my previous post regarding the Commission’s decision to persevere in recommending that the hearing between B’nai Brith Canada and RadicalPress.com proceed, this new development is but further evidence of the viciousness of this Bolshevik group of malcontents who refuse to accept the wishes of the Canadian public.

Judging from the context and wording of this Judicial Review application I would venture to guess that it was written in full by B’nai Brith Canada and given to the Commission to rubber stamp.

I feel bad for Marc Lemire and Barbara Kulaszka as this will mean having to strap on their guns once again and join in the battle that doesn’t appear to be ending soon.

Judicial Review Application in the Warman v. Lemire case

On Thursday, October 1, 2009, the Canadian Human Rights Commission applied for Judicial Review of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal’s decision in the Warman v. Lemire case before the Federal Court.

The Commission applied for Judicial Review so that technical but important legal issues raised by the decision can be clarified. These issues go beyond this particular case and could have an impact on other administrative tribunals. As a result, the uncertainty created by the decision is not in the public interest and merits a binding decision by a higher court.

The application is based on two grounds. It is the Commission’s view that:

The Tribunal erred in law when it found that the manner by which the applicant exercises its statutory mandate could render section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act unconstitutional; and

The Tribunal’s findings of unconstitutionality also resulted from the adoption of subsections 54(1)(c) and (1.1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, subsequent to the Supreme Court of Canada’ s decision in Canada (Human Rights Commission) v. Taylor, [1990] 3 S.C.R. 892. The Tribunal erred in law when it refused to apply section 13 of the Act because a refusal to apply subsections 54(1)(c) and (1.1) would have provided a sufficient remedy in respect of this ground.

The Commission endorses the Tribunal’s narrow interpretation of section 13, which is consistent with the Supreme Court and Tribunal’s jurisprudence as well as with the Commission’s 2009 Special Report to Parliament. The Commission accepts the Tribunal’s finding that the penalty clause is unconstitutional. In fact, the Commission itself has recommended that this provision be repealed in its Special Report to Parliament.

The Commission is a servant of Parliament and considers that Parliament’s statutes must be applied unless they are found to be unconstitutional. In this case, it is the Commission’s view that the Tribunal went too far in refusing to apply section 13 in its entirety when the constitutional concern could be remedied by refusing to apply the penalty clause in 54(1)(c).

A New Day or the Same Old Shit?

The decision on September 30th, 2009 by the Canadian Human Rights Commission to obstinately forge ahead with the Harry Abrams & B’nai Brith Canada v. Arthur Topham and RadicalPress.com sec. 13(1) “hate crime” hearing was, given all the past machinations by this quasi-judicial state policing organ, practically a foregone conclusion.

Still, one member on www.FreeDominion put it into a rather succinct and poignant context by posting the above image; one which basically symbolizes the mindset of this government appointed bounty-hunting group who, over the past decade or so have ridden roughshod over the sacred rights of all Canadians in their endless quest to appease the politically correct crowd of foreign lobbyists such as B’nai Brith Canada and the Canadian Jewish Congress better known today, thanks to Ezra Levant and the blogosphere, as Canada’s “Official Jews” or “OJs” for short. Sort of brings to mind OJ Simpson for some reason.

I suppose one could also have used the album cover from the old British rock group “Blind Faith” as well as it too exemplifies this pig-headed, mulish refusal to recognize the obvious fact that Canadians are not in the least impressed with government agencies and highly suspect legislation that strips them of their fundamental Charter rights to freedom of speech, especially legislation that with the recent Hadjis decision of September 2, 2009, clearly shows that sec. 13(1) is an unreasonable infringement of Canadians’ rights to freedom of speech as written into our Constitution.

The Commission’s dogged refusal to see the light on sec. 13(1) is reason enough to expect Canadians to grit their teeth and growl in indignation. Such chutzpah on the part of these Bolshevik Cheka baboons to expect approval from the public for their highly suspect actions given the recent Hadjis decision in the Warman v. Lemire case.

Some recent comments from other victims and commentators on this draconian, unconstitutional legislation include:

“What strikes me as interesting here is that the CHRC seems to take the position that Hadjis’s decision in Lemire was strictly with respect to the unconstitutionality of s. 54(1)(c). Certainly Hadjis’ words can be construed in that manner:

However, I have also concluded that s. 13(1) in conjunction with ss. 54(1) and (1.1) are inconsistent with s. 2(b) of the Charter, which guarantees the freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression. Whether that is what Hadjis actually meant is a whole other question. His analysis of Taylor turns on the remedial and conciliatory assumption made by Dickson in Taylor. As I wrote earlier, the Warmanization of the Commission, its transformation into a prosecutorial entity when it came to “hate speech” cases, lies at the root of Hadjis decision.

But what is equally interesting here is that the Commission seems to be signaling that it will not appeal Lemire but rather try to brazen it out in Topham.

Which will be interesting as Topham and the intervenors are like to raise the constitutional issue at every turn.”

In an email to all parties sent September 30, 2009, Commission counsel Daniel Poulin states:

“Dear Tribunal and Parties,

We write further to the correspondence that has been exchanged by the parties in regards to the impact of the Warman v Lemire decision recently rendered by the Tribunal.

It is the position of the Commission submits [sic] that the Tribunal should proceed on hearing the matter pending before it in the present case. Consequently, the matter should neither be adjourned sine die or simply dismissed.

In Warman v. Lemire, the Tribunal found that the penalty provision in s. 54(1)(c) was not a reasonable limit on freedom of expression under the Charter.  In the instant case, the Commission will no longer be seeking a penalty under 54(1)(c) of the Act as was originally included in its Statement of Particulars.  The Commission therefore respectfully submits that the Tribunal ought to proceed with a hearing of the Complaint to determine if section 13 has been infringed, and if so, to exercise its discretion under s. 54(1)(a).

Allow me to state to the Tribunal at this pivotal juncture in the current proceedings that the decision by the Commission to pursue this case in the face of the recent Hadjis decision of September 2, 2009 concerning Warman v. Lemire, although it comes as no surprise to the Respondent, nonetheless is still a shocking indictment of the maliciousness of this quasi-judicial organization.

There are definite reasons why the Commission is persisting in its attempt to carry on with this case which need to be addressed again at this time.

The peculiar and possibly precedent-setting nature of the Harry Abrams and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada v. Arthur Topham and the RadicalPress.com complaint makes it an extraordinary benchmark case and is therefore being assigned significant importance by both the Commission and the Complainants. It is the sense of the Respondent (expressed to the Tribunal on numerous previous occasions) that the outcome of this particular case will have far-reaching effects upon any future cases of its kind should the now discredited section of the CHR Act continue to remain in force.

Of paramount importance to the Complainants, who it must always be recognized are acting not on behalf of Canada but on behalf of a foreign nation-state, i.e. Israel, is the critical need to establish in Canadian law a special precedent that will potentially prohibit every Canadian from publishing on the Internet any material critical of the Zionist policies of the Israeli state;  policies now recognized around the world as being fundamentally racist, supremacist and apartheid in nature.

This malefic condition, contained in the actual wording of the complaint itself, where it is clearly stated “and/or citizens of Israel,” is vital to the B’nai Brith International agenda now being fervently and feverishly pursued throughout all Western democracies under various guises. Its tell-tale identifying mark is detectable by the common thread of “hate” linking them all together.

In essence, this case reflects not only B’nai Brith Canada’s determination to maintain their present (unwarranted) status within Canadian society as one of its most powerful foreign Zionist lobbyist groups (again exemplified in the pro-Zionist foreign policies of the current Harper Conservative government) but of even greater importance for them, of fulfilling their hidden, seditious agreement with this foreign nation to maintain and enforce, via this now unconstitutional section of the Canadian Human Rights Act, their longstanding ability to control the essential freedoms of all Canadians presently guaranteed by Canada’s Constitution Act of 1981.

The whole of the content on RadicalPress.com complained of by B’nai Brith Canada exemplifies the position that I have steadfastly maintained regarding the extremely dangerous, supremacist political ideology known as Zionism. It is for this reason and this reason alone that B’nai Brith Canada is using and abusing sec. 13(1) of the CHR Act in order to accomplish what they obviously believe to be a political fait accompli based upon this despicable, anti-democratic, anti-Charter legislation.

In a truly free and democratic society (one not dominated by these special foreign Zionist lobbyists), those supporting and professing to believe in such a heinous, racist ideology would be forced to defend their position via logic, reason, intellect, open debate and actual evidence rather than resorting to such unscrupulous totalitarian tactics as feigning being “minority” victims of “hate” and “anti-Semitism” and attempting to use the now discredited sec. 13(1) of the CHR Act to escape the necessity of defending their political doctrines via a free exchange of ideas by having the state intervene on their behalf under false pretenses.

The Commission, by its overt, stubborn refusal to acknowledge the obvious, i.e., the unconstitutionality of sec. 13(1), has revealed itself to be what most critics of this section have deemed it to be – a willing, colluding, malicious participant and supporter of the harshest, most repressive piece of legislation ever to have graced Canada’s once proud legal tradition of fair and just jurisprudence. This revelation alone ought to give the Tribunal cause to pause and reconsider the Commission’s unfortunate, misguided and unconstitutional decision to persist in its frivolous folly.

The Hadjis decision has made it abundantly clear for all reasonable Canadians that sec. 13(1) is unjust, irrational, anti-democratic, vindictive and counter to Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I trust that when the Tribunal rules on my motion to dismiss this vexatious, spiteful attack upon my basic human rights that it will see fit to rise above the transparent, ill-conceived and antiquated arguments of both the Commission and the Complainants and rule in favour of true democracy and freedom of speech in the same honorable and expedient manner as that displayed by Member Hadjis.

It’s hard to believe that ten years have passed by since the Radical Press first began publishing Boris Yelensky’s anarchist memoirs of the Russian Revolution back in July of 1998. The plan then was to run the complete text in serial form but due to the demise of the monthly hard copy edition of The Radical in June of 2002 I was only able to print up to the first half of Chapter 24 thus leaving the final seven chapters unpublished and regular readers of the tabloid hanging in the air suspended. The eventual aim was to publish the book in hard copy but that too has not happened due to financial restrictions.

Later on, after the newspaper folded, I was able to get the completed text of the book online in the forum section of my website but that also came to a sudden halt back in the fall of 2007 when my server was forced by B’nai Brith Canada and their “League for Human Rights” to cease hosting my site thanks to threats of “racism” and “anti-Semitism” and “hate” literature being alleged against myself and my website.

Since November of 2007 when I was formally charged by the Canadian Human Rights Commission with allegedly publishing articles of a discriminatory nature contrary to section 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act I have been literally in an all-out battle with B’nai Brith Canada and the CHR Commission and had little time to reformat and repost this amazing historical document.

In retrospect the timing of its reappearance may be most appropriate. Today Canada and the whole of Western civilization is facing a very real and present threat from the very same mindset that Boris Yelensky describes in his memoirs of the 1917 coup d’etat euphemistically called by the Zionist media the “Russian Revolution.” Yelensky, a Russian Jew born in Krasnodar, southern Russia in 1889, had emigrated to the United States after having been involved in the unsuccessful revolutionary activities of 1905. He remained in the states until word arrived of the successful overthrow of Tzar Nicholas II in 1917 at which time, like many other Russians who had left the country, he returned to his home country to help create what he believed to be a new beginning for the Russian people and for the world in general.

Yelensky’s story, told from a fundamentally different perspective than most known historic recordings of the period, reflects the views of the anarchist movement as it existed during the early years of the 20th Century. Told in a prosaic, yet detailed fashion, unadorned by romanticism (which the anarchists argued for and against endlessly), Yelensky’s account of his time spent during the turbulent period leading up to and following the successful take-over of the former Russian monarchy by Lenin and the Bolshevik forces, provides history with an alternative viewpoint and an important third position with respect to how the events of that momentous period were viewed by a segment of the political dramatis personae known to the world as the anarchists.

In the Social Storm: Memoirs of the Russian Revolution is an attempt by the anarchist Boris Yelensky to try and discern the modus operandi of the Bolsheviks and the reasons for why they willingly sacrificed the one great opportunity to truly implement the socialist ideals that had been fleshed out over the previous half century or more and now were given the opportunity to be realized. But it is a whole lot more than merely an analysis of the mindset of the Bolsheviks. Yelensky provides the reader with vivid examples of how the anarchist movement was a living and vital part of the forces that were at play during the period. His accounts of the anarchists’ struggles and the contributions by men such as Nestor Makhno and his army of partisans who played a crucial role in the struggles during the period of civil war following the coup are both highly instructive and a necessary aspect of the history of the time in order for students of today to grasp the numerous nuances of intrigue that permeated the overall dynamics which necessarily come into play during periods of massive political and social upheaval.

Along with Yelensky’s descriptions of the unfolding events of the time are his own accounts of how the anarchists living and struggling within this maelstrom of sudden change were doing their utmost to live and exemplify their ideas by manifesting the anarchist perspective in everyday life. The experiments in actual anarchist projects which Yelensky was a part of and which he describes in detail and in which he played a vital role are positive examples of redefining social organizations so as to make them fair and liberating to those who were fortunate enough to have been able to partake of them. It was a window for the anarchists and a time, short as it was, where they were able to illustrate the positive aspects of their philosophy and how by example it held promise of exemplifying an alternative manner of social and industrial organization to those of the Bolsheviks who represented a repressive, totalitarian, brutal state dictatorship and that of the capitalists who likewise used a strong and centralized authoritarian government system disguised as “democracy” to fulfill similar ends.

For anarchists and political researchers Yelensky’s book is a revealing account of anarchism in action and a first-hand description of the lives and the efforts of those who went to Russia in good faith believing that positive changes were at hand only to come to the sudden and grim realization that instead of a new utopia, Russia had fallen into the hands of a powerful cabal of Marxist warlords who, along with their dreaded cheka terror squads, were hell-bent on gaining total power and control over one of the largest empires on earth and in the process murdering anyone who stood in the way of achieving their heinous ambitions.

I was born February 17th, 1889, in the city of Yekotirenodar (the gift of Catherine the Great), now known as Krasnodar, located in the province of Kuban, in the northern part of southern Russia.  I was the fourth child of a middle-class family.  My father had a shop that manufactured fur hats for the Cossacks.

When I was five years old we moved 125 miles south to the city of Novorossiysk on the shores of the Black Sea.

It was my parents’ ambition that I should become a doctor.  My mother particularly, who could neither read nor write, was prepared to make any sacrifice to fulfill this dream.  Since only a very small percentage of Jewish children were accepted at the Gymnasium, I was tutored privately to prepare me for examinations. My parents’ ambitions for me were to remain only dreams though for from an early age my thoughts were concerned mainly with the simple questions of why the majority of the people had nothing while the few had so much.

In Russia, the transfer of prisoners from one city to another in large groups was called Etap. Since Novorossiysk was a port city, groups of these prisoners were continually coming through town, transferring from ships to trains.  They would come in by ship, spend the night in the city, and the next day be marched up the main street to the train station.

The picture of these worn-out groups of human beings, chained hand and foot, and the clink of their irons were with me all of my childhood as a continual reminder of oppression.

When I was twelve years old I accidentally found a handful of underground revolutionary literature. I brought it home innocently enough and nearly got a beating from my father when he saw it.  The fear in the faces of my parents and the few pages that I read started my mind working, and within a year I was involved in the underground revolutionary movement in our city.

Elizabeth Dilling, an American born in 1894 in Chicago, was one of those personalities who, like Douglas Reed of Great Britain and author of the classic on Political Zionism, The Controversy of Zion, chose to give up a life of comfort in order to do her part in exposing the Zionist Beast which she recognized back in the early 1930s when on a trip to Soviet Russia as an imminent and growing threat to every democratic nation that wished to live in peace and harmony.

Like every writer who digs long and deep enough into the soils of history searching for the root causes of the apparent woes of our contemporary world Elizabeth Dilling soon realized that behind the facade of this new “workers’”, “communist” system, brought about by alien forces which were able to capture, through vast sums of blood money, sleuth and deception and coup, one of the world’s then greatest nations, there lurked the same Rothschild Jewish cabal who had been instrumental in destroying nations since the time of the French Revolution.

Due to Mrs. Dilling being a devout Christian and because she was able to witness the blatant, malicious attitude of the Bolsheviks toward anything Christian in Russia after the coup of 1917, upon her return to the states she set out to reveal the faces of these murderous attackers and destroyers who were torturing and starving and killing Christian (and non-Christian) Russians by the millions. In doing so she also came to realize that her own nation was being deeply infiltrated and influenced by these same traitorous forces who had conquered Russia. Not only had they slaughtered the Tzar and his whole family and then proceeded to round up millions of Christian citizens and sent them to a sure death in the gulags of northern Russia but most astonishing of all these same people had originally been living in the United States and plotting the overthrow of the Russian Empire for decades!

All things considered therefore I believe that Elizabeth Dilling, like her contemporary Douglas Reed, was a prophetess in her own time. Her various works, including The Jewish Religion: Its Influence Today, were some of the first critical analyses, along with those of Henry Ford Sr., of Bolshevism, Communism and Zionism as one and the same Beast with numerous names. Her writings, although tough to dig up due to Zionist subterfuge, remain a living testament to her courage and her foresight in revealing the truth during a period of American history when to speak out was to risk the inevitable attacks of the already brutal and malicious Zionist Jew establishment.

Groups like the American Jewish Congress and B’nai Brith International along with its attack-dog, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), were always ready and willing to slander, malign, vilify and legally harass anyone who dared speak out about the Zionist plan to implement their one world government and Elizabeth Dilling was forced to deal with their Talmudic tactics from the moment she picked up the sword of truth and justice and began wielding it.

One striking thing about Dilling’s early works and her revelations concerning the Zionist forces and their Babylonian Talmudic underpinnings is the fact that the organization known as B’nai Brith International, working throughout the world under various sub-titles such as Canada’s “League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada” remain firmly entrenched in Western democracies and are still performing the same seditious agenda for which they were initially created, that of being the Zionist guard dogs whose purpose is to keep their nefarious agenda well hidden from public purview.

This has always been my position with respect to the Canadian Human Rights Act sec. 13(1) “hate crime” complaint laid against myself and RadicalPress.com by Harry Abrams and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada. It has nothing to do with discrimination against “Jews and/or citizens of Israel” but everything to do with silencing one of the rare websites in Canada that is willing to do what Elizabeth Dilling did and what Douglas Reed did over half a century ago, i.e. expose the Zionist agenda to the public eye.

In their Statement of Particulars to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal the complainants, Harry Abrams and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada, listed a number of the earlier chapters contained in Elizabeth Dilling’s book The Jewish Religion: Its Influence Today which I had posted on my site. Likely they would have posted all of the chapters had I been able to format and get them up but thanks to having to write legal papers in my defense I didn’t have the time to do that. Now I have found the time and the remainder of the book is up on the RadicalPress site and can be located on the Home Page in the upper right hand corner under “Pages” where its title appears. Just click on the title and you will be taken to the page you see below.

Dilling’s study of the Babylonian Talmud – its orgins, purpose and contents – is an eye-opener, not only for Christians who may still be suffering under the delusion that the Zionist Jews are somehow their best friends and allies and God’s “chosen people” but for non-Christians as well who, whether they’re members of another faith or atheists or merely secular students of life, still may be ignorant of the details contained within this horrendous book of self-deception. Once read, this study of Elizabeth Dillings ought to dispel any misconceptions concerning why one can’t walk into any library in the country and find an English copy of the Babylonian Talmud standing amongst the Holy Bible or the Qu’ran or any of the other notable writings of the world’s great religions.

Now Harry Abrams tells us in a thread on the FreeDomion.com website (see: Harry Abrams, Classical Liberalism vs. Human Rights Page 7) where he has been posting lately, “I don’t know much about the Talmud myself…” yet he and B’nai Brith Canada have gone to great lengths to suggest that what I published of Elizabeth Dilling’s work is not true and that I only published it in order to promote “hatred” toward “Jews and/or citizens of Israel.” I will leave it up to readers to judge as to whether or not Harry is correct in his allegations.

One final thing. This book is not just about the Jewish “religion.” It’s about the type of mindset that is created when people are fed the ideas that are contained in it. It’s also about how those ideas are then further translated into political programs such as Zionism which reflect the inherent views of the Talmudic Rabbis who have been instilling this paradigm into the heads and hearts of Jews for over two thousand years; views which have created over time a group psychopathology wherein the Zionists of today firmly believe that they actually ARE God’s chosen people and that they ARE IN FACT the MESSIAH and have been assigned by GOD to lead and control the rest of humanity as if we were but dumb cattle or sheep in need of a guiding, earthly shepherd.

Please pass this on to others who may find the information contained in Elizabeth Dilling’s book of value in figuring out why all the pieces of the puzzle still haven’t fallen into place and the Zionist ideology and the mystifying state of Israel continue to remain an enigma for so many.

Normally, after about three days or so, “phish” begin to take on a peculiar odour that most find offensive. In your case, due to you and I being co-joined in a certain sense by email connections with similar lists, I find that every so often I’m confronted with your malodorous and ignorant little tantrums regarding those who have consciously accepted Jesus Christ as their spiritual representation of what ideally can be were the world not permeated and torn asunder by the likes of those who we now recognize as the synagogue of satan or in atheist terminology, Zionists.

What likely stinks the most about your short-sighted, puerile little bursts of venomous hatred and contempt for the Christos is your assumed attitude that Christians haven’t figured out who or what is represented by that term “Anti-Christ.” Why you would even go there at this stage of the game, given the ample volume of critiques that exist on the net regarding this situation, is beyond me. But what it does indicate is that you, and not the Christians, are the one with deep-seated issues as may pertain to questions of spirituality and its application to the wonderful world of political intrigue.

I would be the first person to admit that there are a substantial number of Christians who have succumbed to the Zionist subterfuge that’s been ongoing in the West since at least the 16th Century. If any religious group were subjected to such a long term assault by a seditious and ungodly group of sadistic psychopaths enjoying and exploiting the advantages endless supplies of coin and all which that implies in terms of economic, social, and political influence, I’m sure that after four hundred years of serious infiltration there would be a decidedly and marked impression made upon the host subject, and respecting the Christians this has obviously been the case.

But your seemingly endless frothing and condemnation belies more than what your readers might think or see upon the surface of such slander and begs the question of why you would be motivated to add to the already voluminous amount of invective aimed at those who perceive the Light of the Christos as one which gives the world a good and positive ideal or image to ground itself upon in times of deep and troubling strife and suffering by countless millions around the globe.

Whenever I witness your vituperative sarcasm, bordering I sense on what can only be construed as a mild, yet illustrative example of sadism in this regard, my immediate reaction is to think of you as just one more agents provocateur of the Zionist Jew cartel of bullshitters and deceivers out to denigrate and ultimately destroy one of the two main spiritual forces on this planet that have been resisting these vipers for the past two thousand years.

Do you do likewise regarding the Muslims and Mohammed as well?, for it is they too who, at this moment in our collective history, are the main force resisting this onslaught of Zionist megalomania and pathology and the only other major religion that acknowledges the divinity and greatness of the Christ and his Mother Mary.

It took me personally close to sixty years of searching and investigating practically every spiritual path known to man to eventually settle upon one faith or belief system that met the basic prerequisites that I wanted: peace, harmony, brother/sisterhood, gentleness, love, honesty, joyfulness, kindness toward all sentient beings, humbleness and meekness in the face of a Creator whose magnanimity you have yet to realize. You fail, throughout all of your pissing and moaning about the Christians, to recognize that it was Jesus Christ who first stood up to the Pharisaic/Talmudic/Zionist mindset. It was He and those who shared a like consciousness of the holy, who initially exemplified the willingness to resist, as all freedom-fighters resist, the significant and ominous actions of the Sanhedrin even at that nascent point in our collective, historic struggle with the forces of darkness and evil.

It needs to be asked, as in all examples such as this, who ultimately benefits from your malignant and malodorous bad-mouthing, other than those you and your ilk, in all your combined naivety, also profess to be the force to be most reckoned with?

The endless debating over whether or not Jesus Christ “really” existed is not only a useless waste of time and effort but also a ruse, initiated by the very forces you profess to be at odds with. The Christos – whether that state of God consciousness exists in the flesh or not and contrary to all of your simplistic and misinformed rhetoric – is irrelevant. What is relevant is that it symbolizes Love, Truth and Peace and therefore provides those of us who understand this fundamental principle with ample reason to continue on in this seemingly endless struggle to achieve justice and harmony in this world.
